PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable polyorganosiloxane composition which has high adhesiveness and adhesion durability and can provide a cured material having satisfactory mechanical properties and excellent sealing property.SOLUTION: The composition contains: (A) a linear polyorganosiloxane having two or more alkenyls in the molecule and a viscosity of 1.0-500 Pa s; (B) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having three or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicone atom in one molecule; (C) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane, at each of both terminals of which one hydrogen atom is bonded to corresponding silicone atom; (D) a silica powder surface-treated with an organic silicone compound; (E) an inorganic filler other than silica powder; (F) two or more specific organic silicone compounds as a first adhesiveness improving component; (G) tetraalkoxysilane and/or a partial hydrolysate condensate thereof; (H) a platinum-based metal compound; and (I) a reaction modifier.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in plasticity with a lapse of time and a change in physical properties of a silicone rubber composition in which a conductive carbon black is blended.SOLUTION: A conductive silicone rubber compound package is obtained by housing a conductive silicone rubber compound of an uncured millable type containing conductive carbon black in an airtight container having water vapor permeability of 10 g/m*24 hours or less, wherein the inside of the airtight container is formed while the inside of the airtight container is vacuum or dry gas is filled therein. A method of storing the conductive silicone rubber compound stores the conductive silicone rubber compound of the uncured millable type containing the conductive carbon black in the airtight container having water vapor permeability of 10 g/m*24 hours or less, and stores it while the inside of the airtight container is vacuum or the dry gas is filled therein.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater structure that prevents damage caused by a difference in thermal expansion between dissimilar materials when graphite is covered with PBN and the like, and has excellent balance between rigidity and deformation tolerability.SOLUTION: A heater 32 includes: a heater body 35, in which a filamentous heater element 33 composed of graphite forms a predetermined heater pattern between both terminals 34a and 34b; a PBN rib 37 that connects the heater elements with each other intermittently in an insulative fashion; and power feeding posts 38a and 38b that are connected with both terminals of the heat pattern, respectively. Since the heater allows deformation to some degree while having shape retention, ruptures and damages caused by a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the graphite and the PBN rib can be prevented even when used under a high-temperature condition. In particular, when the heater is made to be a post type structure and self-supported by a post, the heater can prevent a heater body from being distorted by a self-weight and appropriately maintains the temperature distribution of a wafer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition for sealing an electronic part, in which the flowability before and immediately after the curing is favorable, which is excellent in curability and flame retardancy, and in which the cured product excels in the adhesion to various substrates.SOLUTION: The flame retardancy polyorganosiloxane composition for sealing an electronic part includes: (a) a condensation reaction type polyorganosiloxane composition which includes (a1) a polyorganosiloxane in which both molecular chain terminals are blocked by a hydroxyl group and the viscosity (23°C) is 0.05-50 Pa s, (a2) an alkoxysilane and/or a hydrolytic condensate thereof, (a3) an amino group substituted alkoxysilane, and (a4) a curing catalyst; and (b) 0.5-20 pts.mass of an expandable graphite in which the average particle diameter is 150-400 μm, and the expansion coefficient is at least 150 volume% based on 100 pts.mass of the (a1) component which is a base polymer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane composition which excels in curability, in which strength is high, and from which an adhesive rubber-like cured product excellent in moisture resistance and warm water resistance is obtained.SOLUTION: The composition includes: (A) 100 pts.wt of a polyorganosiloxane in which a molecular chain terminal is blocked by a hydroxy group or a hydrolyzable group, and a viscosity (23°C) is 20-1,000,000 mPa s; (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt of a branched alkyl group containing epoxy compound; (C) 1-400 pts.wt of a filler; and (D) 0.001-10 pts.wt of a curing catalyst. As (B) the branched alkyl group-containing epoxy compound, 2-propyl-2-hexyloxirane, 7,8-epoxy-2-methyloctadecane or the like is mentioned. It is desirable to include (E) an amino alkyl alkoxysilane with the epoxy compound.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking-resistant silicone rubber composition for obtaining a high-voltage electrical-insulation cured material having low permanent tension set, excellent mechanical strength such as tensile strength, and good tracking resistance.SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composition comprises, based on (A) 100 pts.wt. of dimethylpolysiloxane wherein molecular chain terminals are capped at both ends by dimethylvinylsiloxy groups: (B) 5-100 pts.wt. of dry silica which is treated by a vinyl group-containing organic silicone compound and has a specific surface area of 50 m/g or more; (C) 5-100 pts.wt. of dimethylsiloxane-methylhydrogensiloxane copolymer; (D) platinum or a platinum compound as a curing agent, of 1-1,000 ppm in terms of platinum atoms based on the total of components (A) and (C); and (E) triazole or a derivative thereof of 1-10,000 ppm based on the total of components (A) and (C).
