본 발명은 잔털들이 많이 붙어 있는 실로 원통형의 편성물을 편성하고 이 편성물을 니들실린더 중심으로 통과시켜 편기 밑으로 배출하는 과정에서 편성물을 들뜨지 않게 눌러줌으로써, 잔털들이 바늘에 엉키지 않아 편성물을 원활하게 배출할 수 있는 환편기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 환편기는, 원통형의 니들실린더에 구비된 바늘로 원통형상의 편성물을 편성하고, 이를 니들실린더의 중심을 통해 하방으로 배출한 후 롤러에 감도록 이루어진 구성에 있어서, 니들실린더의 내측에 니들실린더의 내측면과 이격되도록 지지수단에 의해 설치되어, 니들실린더의 중심을 통해 하방으로 배출되는 편성물을 눌러 편성물의 잔털이 바늘에 엉키는 것을 방지하는 원판형의 엉킴방지판을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Artemisia capillaris liquor is provided, thereby minimizing destruction of pigments of Artemisia capillaris, and removing Thujone as a nerve palsy causing substance, so that useful components and pigments of Artemisia capillaris can be contained in liquor. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing Artemisia capillaris liquor comprises the steps of: heating green plants including dried Artemisia capillaris at 80 to 100 deg. C for 5 to 20 minutes to obtain an extract of green plants; adding water into the green plant extract and filtering the mixture, adding fermented alcohol into the filtered solution, and sonicating the mixture; and filtering the sonicated mixture with a filter paper and freeze-drying the filtered contents, wherein the Artemisia capillaris liquor comprises Artemisia capillaris extract, water, alcohol, Lycium chinense Miller, Crataegus pinnatida BGE., Cornus officinalis SIEB, Rubus coreanus MIQ, Astragalus membranceus Bunge, Panax ginseng C.A. PURPOSE: A method for preparing a monofilament-reinforced cement composite material and a product using the method are provided, to improve tensile toughness, bending toughness and fatigue resistance. CONSTITUTION: The monofilament-reinforced cement composite material comprises a matrix which comprises a general portland cement or a high-early-strength portland cement, 35-60 parts by weight of water, 40-150 parts by weight of fine aggregate, 0-1.2 parts by weight of a high performance water-reducing agent, 0-20 parts by weight of silica fume, 0-30 parts by weight of fly ash, 0-50 parts by weight of furnace slag fine powder as an admixing material, and 0-1.5 parts by weight of a thickener based on 100 parts by weight of a binding material (cement and admixing materials); and 1.0-2.5 parts by volume of monofilament based on 100 parts by volume of the matrix.
