A multiple applicators comprising an elongated housing that is separated into multiple sealed compartments containing a liquid and an applicator tip with a score line formed at each of the sealed compartments located near the applicator tip wherein the elongated housing may be selectively severed into shorter sections at the score lines and removed. The removed section of the elongated housing is used to apply the liquid or viscous substance contained therein and disposed of after application. The remainder of the elongated housing with the remaining unused applicator tips and liquid is retained for subsequent uses.

A flexible wipe comprising at least one conformable non-woven layer and at least one adhered nanofiber layer can be used to remove a variety of particulate soils from planar, curved or complex surfaces. The nanofiber layer is configured onto the flexible non-woven in a fashion such that particulate of a broad particle size range is trapped by the nanofiber layer comprises a web of spun fibers that can incorporate and trap soil particles for efficient soil removal.

A disposable applicator comprising a multilayered substrate containing a fluid is presented which is useful for applying fluids, particularly cosmetic lotions or creams, to an application surface, particularly a surface of a human body. The fluid is stored in a fluid storage layer and is dispensed via a flow control layer. An impermeable layer prevents the fluid from flowing back away from the application surface.

An application system for applying liquid preparations, such as lotion and the like, to parts of the human body. The applicator system comprises an applicator having a liquid preparation thereon, a pair of handles at each end, and a sealable pouch configured to store the applicator before use. Preferably, the applicator is configured so that the user can apply a liquid preparation, such as suntan lotion or perfume, to his or her own back. In various other embodiments, the applicator strip consists of a non-woven fabric, preferably about two feet long and six inches wide, and is foldable into a sealable pouch that is approximately two inches square. In one embodiment, this pouch has string handles. The applicator may be either disposable or reusable.

The present invention provides an applicator for applying and distributing a substance onto a target surface. The applicator comprises a substantially planar sheet of compressible, conformable material (20) having opposed first and second surfaces and an interior region between said first and second surfaces. The sheet of material (20) has a thickness between the first and second surfaces which decreases when the sheet of material is subjected to an externally-applied force in a direction substantially normal to the first surface. The applicator further includes at least one discrete reservoir (50) extending inwardly of the first surface into the interior of the sheet of material which is at least partially filled with a substance and at least one discrete aperture (30) formed in the first surface which is in fluid communication with the reservoir. Compression of the sheet of material via an externally-applied force substantially normal to said first surface expresses product from the aperture and translational motion of the first surface relative to a target surface applies and distributes said product onto the target surface. In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of apertures (30) are associated with corresponding reservoirs (50) forming a delivery zone near one end of a hand-held applicator, and the sheet material is preferably resilient both in compression and in bending to conform to irregular target surfaces. A wide variety of substances are contemplated, including particularly antiperspirant/deodorant products. Other embodiments include a single reservoir feeding a plurality of apertures.

The present invention includes an applicator device that comprises a first sheet with a bottom surface and a top surface. A cosmetic portion (114) is positioned on the top surface of the first sheet (112). The applicator device also includes a second sheet (118) that comprises a bottom surface facing the top surface of the first sheet (112) and the cosmetic portion (114). A plurality of fibers is positioned on either the top surface of the second sheet (118) or the bottom surface of the second sheet or both. An adhesive (116) adheres the first sheet to the second sheet.

본 발명은 토출 균일성 및 휘발 억제성이 확보된 화장료 수용체에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 화장료를 주입된 상태로 수용하는 공간을 구비하고, 가압 시 화장료가 주입된 공간으로부터 화장료 수용체의 표면으로 화장료가 균일하게 토출되고, 토출구 표면에서의 화장료 휘발이 억제되는 화장료 수용체에 관한 것이다. 종래의 기술은 가압부에 전해지는 힘의 크기에 따라 화장료의 토출이 불규칙하여 지속적인 사용이 불편한 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 고안된 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 수용체는 가해지는 힘의 크기 차이를 최소화하여 수용체 면적 전체에서 균일하게 화장료가 토출되는 특징이 있다. 또한 연성의 화장료 조성물이 수용체 표면에서 휘발되는 것을 제어하여 수용체 내부의 화장료를 오랜 시간 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 하므로, 미용 분야에서 크게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
