A frame member (1) of a circular vibration screener provides an annular vertical frame wall (11), a joining rim (12), being provided at two lateral ends of the frame wall respectively and at least a reinforced flange (14), protruding from the periphery of the frame wall such that the frame member is able to increase strength and rigidity against deformation and for prolonging the life span thereof.

The invention pertains to a sieve bed for a sifting machine, consisting of rectangular sieve elements (10), which are attached to a support frame (1) with their edges abutting each other, the support frame being provided with mushroom-shaped mounting pins (3), each of which is provided with a head which engages in an interlocking manner in corresponding recesses (11a and 11b) of the sieve elements (10). To facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the sieve elements in a sieve bed of this type and to protect the connection from premature wear the invention proposes that the receptacle (11) for the head (4) of the mounting pin (3) be closed off at the top; that the receptacle (11) for the head (4) of the mounting pin (3) be provided at the bottom with an entrance opening for the head (4) of the mounting pin (3); and that the wall of the receptacle (11) be provided with an inward-projecting bed (12), which can be snapped under the head (4) of the mounting pin (3).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug (10, 20) zum Befestigen an einer Maschine, insbesondere einer Siebmaschine, einer Straßenfräsmaschine oder dergleichen, mit einem Werkzeugkörper (12, 50, 53), an dem eine Funktionseinheit (11, 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, 40, 30) mit mindestens zwei Materialen unterschiedlicher Dämpfungseigenschaften befestigt ist, wobei ein Material durch einen Hartstoff-Material (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32) gebildet ist und ein Zwischenmaterial (11.4, 42, 43) zwischen dem Hartstoff-Material (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32) und dem Werkzeugkörper (12, 50, 53) angeordnet ist. Eine verbesserte Verschleißfestigkeit gegenüber der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verschleißfestigkeit ist dadurch erreichbar, dass der Elastizitätsmodul des Zwischenmaterials (11.4, 42, 43) bis 30 % des Elastizitätsmoduls des Hartmetall-Werkstoffs (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32) beträgt.

The top surface extends from the screen portion to the discharge portion. An opening located in the screen portion of the frame extends through the frame from the top surface to the bottom surface. A spout formed in the discharge portion has a shape of a hollow cylinder and extends through the frame from the top surface to the bottom surface. A system has a separator with an inlet into which material to be separated enters. A unitary screen frame has a screen portion and a discharge spout with a planar top surface extending from the screen portion to the discharge spout. A first portion of the material entering the inlet flows from the planar top surface to the discharge spout.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Siebbelag mit mehreren stufenförmig hintereinander angeordneten, mit der Maschine vibrierenden oder schwingenden Trennlamellen, wobei eine Menge des Siebgutes insbesondere flächenförmige Teile in Siebrichtung (R) gesehen von einer Seite der Trennlamelle auf die dahinter liegende Trennlamelle gelangt und in den Überlauf führbar ist und der andere Teil des Siebgutes insbesondere körperförmige Teile über die andere Seite der Trennlamelle (11) zu der rückwärtig und/oder darunter gelegenen Sammelstelle gelangt, wobei die einzelnen Trennlamellen (11) des Siebbelages in der Siebmaschine formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig lösbar befestigt sind.
