    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable silicone grease composition for heat dissipation that exhibits stable thermoconductive performances over a long period of time.
    SOLUTION: The silicone grease composition for heat dissipation comprises the following components (A)-(C): (A) 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane having a thixotropicity degree α of 1.03-1.50 and a viscosity at 25°C of 100-1,000,000 mPa s; (B) 5-200 pts.mass of a hydrolyzable organopolysiloxane which is trifunctional at one end represented by general formula (1); (C) 200-4,000 pts.mass of a thermoconductive inorganic filler having an average particle size of 0.1-100 μm and a specific surface area of 0.01-50 m

    Abstract: Disclosed is a highly thermally conductive compound which has high thermal conductivity, has high consistency, good coatability, and excellent thermal stability at higher temperatures. Specifically disclosed is a highly thermally conductive compound comprising: (A) 85 to 97 mass% of an inorganic powdery filler; (B) 2 to 15 mass% of a base oil; and (C) 0.001 to 10 mass% of a compound represented by the formula: Y-(-R-COO-)-R-X [wherein Rand Rindependently represent a bivalent hydrocarbon group having a Clinear or branched chain; n represents a number of 1 to 15; and X and Y independently represent at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group or a hydrogen atom, provided that at least one of X and Y represents a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group, and, when n is a number of 2 to 15, the moiety represented by the formula (-R-COO-)in the formula (1) may be a copolymeric group composed of at least two constituent units represented by the formula (-R-COO-) which are bivalent hydrocarbon groups having different Rgroups].
