Abstract:
An AC motor controller, a laminated busbar assembly, and a manufacturing method thereof relate to the field of electrical devices. The AC motor controller includes laminated busbar assembly, controllable switching element assembly, and filter element assembly. The laminated busbar assembly includes a substrate, a positive current metal plate, a negative current metal plate, and an output current metal plate which are arranged in a laminated manner. In the insertion and tin soldering process, the processing of the AC motor controller is completed by two steps: passing the first pin of the positive current metal plate, the second pin of the negative current metal plate, the third pin of the output current metal plate, the controllable switching element assembly, and the filter element assembly through the pad hole group of the substrate, and then performing soldering in one-off manner, so the production is efficient.
Abstract:
A connector comprising a terminal that is connected to an electric wire, and a resin housing that houses and holds the terminal, wherein one groove or a plurality of grooves, each of which includes a directional component perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the electric wire and has protrusions on the surface thereof, extends across a region of a portion of the surface of the terminal, and the terminal is embedded and secured within the resin that constitutes the housing in this portion including the region across which the groove extends. By employing this type of structure, the number of components can be reduced, and excellent bonding and airtightness is achieved between the terminal and the housing.

A ground wire connection structure for a motor includes: a frame that has electrical conductivity; a flange that is integrated with the frame on one axial end surface of the frame and has electrical conductivity; a protrusion that is protruded outward from a flange surface of the flange and has a through hole; and a conductive pin that has a press-fit portion press-fitted and fixed into the through hole, a diameter-increased head portion, and a solder cup protruded from the head portion to allow an exposed tip end of a ground wire to be inserted and joined into the inside.
Abstract:
An electrical motor connection, in particular of an electrical cooling fan motor for a motor vehicle, has a connected cable harness whose cable ends are connected to a motor-end connecting terminal. A connecting housing has two housing parts, which are joined together in the assembled state to form a cavity, and which hold connection-end cable ends of the cable harness. One of the housing parts has at least one filling opening, which opens into the cavity, for filling with a curable encapsulation compound, and with the cured encapsulation compound surrounding the cable ends in the area of the connecting terminal, and being joined to the housing parts.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a contact means (100) for attaching an end of a cable (110). The contact means (100) has a casing (300) with an inner chamber (320) for receiving a section of the cable (110) in the region of the cable end, and a pull relief element (200, 201, 202, 203) which can be fastened to the casing (300) in the inner chamber (320), with a pull relief section (220, 221, 222, 223) and at least one contacting section (240, 241). The pull relief section (220, 221, 222, 223) is formed to fix a cable sheath (120) of the cable (110). The contacting section (240, 241) is formed to contact a shield (130) of the cable (110).
Abstract:
A terminal block (10) to be fixed to a motor case (C) which houses a motor body and includes a coolant flow path (C1) and adapted to fasten busbars by tightening bolts includes nuts (30) for tightening the bolts, and a heat sink (40) made of aluminum die-cast and held in close contact with the nuts (30) via an insulation plate (20) behind the nuts (30). The heat sink (40) includes a heat radiating portion (46) which comes into contact with cooling water passing in the coolant flow path (C1) of the motor case (C).
Abstract:
An arc resistant terminal block has a terminal post insulator and a terminal lead strap that increase the strike and creep distance of electrically charged components to grounded components by non-conductive terminal block and insulators.
Abstract:
In a terminal of an electric motor, a branch projects from a terminal connection on a side opposite from an extension. A projecting end side of the branch extends in an installation direction of the terminal, which is a direction for installing the terminal to a housing. The terminal is tiltable about a portion of the extension, which serves as a fulcrum, to cause abutment of the branch against a wall surface of the housing when the terminal connection receives a force in a direction opposite from the installation direction.
Abstract:
The invention concerns an electrical plug connector with an insulating contact carrier that contains a number of electrical contacts in the form of contact pins or contact sockets that are arranged parallel to each other, and which can be inserted axially into a plug connector housing, with the contacts being accessible from the front side of the contact carrier, and with the contacts having connecting elements on a rear side of the contact carrier for a connection with electrical power supply lines. The invention proposes to divide the plug connector housing in the insertion direction into a front and a rear housing section that are connected to a hinge joint by means of a swivel axle that is oriented orthogonally to the insertion direction. In a straightened operating position of the plug connector housing, the axially inserted contact carrier that at least partially engages the two housing section and is in lateral contact with said housing sections at least is some sections reliably prevents the swiveling of the housing sections and therefore the opening of the plug connector housing.
Abstract:
An electric appliance has a first terminal and a second terminal electrically connected to the first terminal. The first terminal has a soldering portion for soldering the second terminal thereon. The soldering portion has a smooth face and a rough face disposed on one imaginary plane. The rough face has a flat portion and a plurality of concavities disposed on the flat portion at intervals. Further, the soldering portion may have a through hole adjacent to the rough face to insert the second terminal. The first terminal is embedded in an insulator. The insulator has an opening exposing the soldering portion therein. The insulator includes a frame forming a housing of an electric appliance. A seal seals a connection gap at a margin of the frame in the housing. A partition wall may be disposed between the soldering portion and the seal.
