Multifunctional LED devices and multifunctional LED wireless conference systems are provided. A multifunctional LED device includes an LED drive and power supply unit, a controller unit, an audio power amplifier unit, a speaker unit, a wireless transceiver module, a microphone module, and an LED light source assemble. The wireless transceiver module can communicate with a smart terminal and other multifunctional LED devices. A multifunctional LED wireless conference system includes at least two multifunctional LED devices and a smart terminal capable of reading a status of and remotely controlling the multifunctional LED devices. The smart terminal communicates with outside terminals to send audio signals from the outside terminals to the multifunctional LED devices for broadcasting. Meanwhile, the multifunctional LED devices collect ambient sound and send the ambient sound to the outside terminals via the smart terminal such that wireless conference function can be achieved.

The present invention comprises a loudspeaker system that includes a loudspeaker and a detachable mount. In one or more embodiments, the loudspeaker and mount include electrical connectors that are engaged when the loudspeaker is attached to the mount. In one or more embodiments, the loudspeaker and mount comprise mating mounting structures that support the loudspeaker on the mount when the mounting structure of the loudspeaker is engaged with the mounting structure of the mount. In one or more embodiments, multiple configurations of the mount are provided that allow the loudspeaker to be mounted with a variety of orientations with respect to the mounting surface. In one or more embodiments, the loudspeaker comprises a tweeter with a rotatable wave guide that allows the dispersion angle of the tweeter to be adjusted to accommodate the variety of orientations at which the loudspeaker may be mounted.

The supporting module is disposed between the first body and the second body and includes a guide rail, a sliding element, an elastic element, and a supporting unit. The guide rail is fastened to the first body and has a first side wall and a second side wall facing each other. The first side wall has a plurality of first recessed portions, and the second side wall has a plurality of second recessed portions. The sliding element is slidably disposed at the guide rail along a first direction. The elastic element is disposed at the sliding element and is positioned between the first side wall and the second side wall. Two ends of the supporting unit are rotatably disposed at the sliding element and the second body around a second direction.

An object of the present invention is to provide a speaker mounting device which does not permit a dismounting work without using a tool but enables an easy dismounting work using the tool. A speaker mounting device 1 of the present invention comprises a speaker component 2 provided at a speaker, and a wall component 3 to be provided at a wall. The speaker component 2 is configured to be slid in a first direction with respect to the wall component to be mounted to the wall component 3. The speaker component 2 is configured to be slid in a second direction with respect to the wall component 3 to be dismounted from the wall component 3. The speaker component 1 includes a movement prevention member 5 and a shaft member 6 coupled to the movement prevention member 5. The shaft member 6 is rotated to cause the movement prevention member 5 to rotate around the shaft member 6 which is a rotational axis. The shaft member 6 has an outer end of a screw head shape or a bolt head shape. The wall component 3 is positioned in the second direction relative to a rotational trajectory of the movement prevention member 5 in a state where the speaker component 2 is mounted to the wall component 3.
