Disclosed are a 1,6-substituted indole compound having a protein kinase inhibition activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of cancers caused by abnormal cell growth comprising the compound as an effective ingredient. Since the novel indole compound exhibits superior inhibition activity against various protein kinases involved in growth factor signal transduction, it is useful as an agent for preventing or treating cancers caused by abnormal cell growth.

Provided is a method for producing a membrane-electrode assembly for a full cell, comprising: preparing catalyst ink slurry from a catalyst, an ion conductive polymer and a solvent; applying the catalyst ink slurry onto a support film, followed by vacuum drying; and transferring the support film to either surface or both surfaces of an electrolyte membrane to form a catalyst layer on the electrolyte membrane. A membrane-electrode assembly obtained by the method and a fuel cell including the membrane-electrode assembly are also provided. The method provides a membrane-electrode assembly having increased porosity, and thus the membrane-electrode assembly shows significantly reduced mass transfer resistance. Therefore, the output density and the quality of the fuel cell including the membrane-electrode assembly prepared therefrom can be improved.

The present invention relates to a device for generating limit torque, which generates a rotational displacement to protect a rotating device and automatically returns to the initial position when an external force is eliminated, and a rotating device using the same. The device includes a flexible member that is vertically connected to a rotating shaft and of which the length can be varied in an inward and outward direction with respect to the rotating shaft; an elastic member that is connected to the flexible member and causes the flexible member to receive an elastic force in the outward direction with respect to the rotating shaft; and a cam member that is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft and delivers a rotating force of the rotating shaft to a rotating member. The cam member has a through-hole in which a rotational displacement is generated and through which the flexible member returns to the initial position. According to the present invention, the device for generating limit torque can generate limit torque with a relatively simple structure, and can secure stability.

Disclosed are cis-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyran derivatives and a preparation method thereof. The tetrahydropyran derivatives can be prepared by Prins-reacting tetrahydropyran derivatives with homopargylicalcohol derivatives in the presence of trimethylsilyltriflate. The tetrahydropyran derivatives with cis-substituents at both C2 and C6 positions of the tetrahydropyran ring are useful as intermediates for use in the synthesis and development of therapeutically effective, naturally occurring compounds.

The present invention relates to a use of a PLCβ4 (Phospholipaseβ4 ) knock-out animal, more precisely, a use or a method of using a PLCβ4 knock-out animal as an anxiety disorder animal model and a method for screening a preventive and therapeutic agent for treating anxiety disorder using the animal model. The mouse model for anxiety disorder of the present invention has normal learning ability, long-term memory and living activity but has a severe defect in memory extinction, therefore it can be effectively used for the screening of a therapeutic agent for anxiety disorder.

The present invention relates to a dielectric ceramic composition comprising a glass frit and a filler with a predetermined proportion, wherein the glass frit or the dielectric ceramic composition comprises a nucleating agent, thereby forming a specific crystal structure and providing low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, high Q-value and high strength. As such, the low temperature fired dielectric ceramic composition having high strength and high Q-value according to the present invention can increase the size and improve the performance of a multilayered substrate for low temperature sintering and enable modulation of electronic parts with good impact resistance.
