Abstract: PURPOSE: A make-up cleanser composition is provided to effectively remove make-up by using isopropyl palmitate, which is makeup removal oil and using aliphatic soap. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cleanser composition comprises 80-99 weight% of aerosol liquid and 1-20 weight% of aerosol sprayer on the basis of total weight of the composition. The aerosol liquid contains 5-50 weight% of make-up removal oil, 5-30 weight% of fatty acid soap, 5-20 weight% of polyol, and residual water. The make-up removal oil is one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of isopropyl palmitate, ester oil, silicone oil, hydrocarbon oil, and triglyceride oil. The aliphatic soap is generated through neutralization reaction of alkaline chemicals and fatty acid.
