(A) 식: R 2 SiO 2/2 로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 80~96.5몰%, 식: RSiO 3/2 로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 1.0~10.0몰%, 및 식: R 3 SiO 1/2 로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 0.25~10.0몰%로 이루어진 액상 오르가노폴리실록산(식중, R은 같거나 또는 다른 1가 탄화 수소기이다.), 및 (B) 증조제로 적어도 이루어진 그리스상 실리콘 조성물을 개시한다. 증조제를 다량으로 함유시킬 수 있고, 또한 우수한 내열성을 갖는 그리스상 실리콘 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A silicone grease composition for the heat isolation is provided, which does not generate the void or the crack, and deviation or the oil breed when the composition is exposed to high temperature for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A silicone grease composition for the heat isolation includes: 100 weight parts of an organopolysiloxane which has the thixo drawing alpha of 1.03-1.50, viscosity of 100-1,000,000mPa·s at 25°C as a component; 5-200 weight parts of a hydrolyzable organopolysiloxane of one side end three organic functions as component; and 200-4000 weight parts of a thermal conductive inorganic filling having the average particle diameter of 0.1-100 micrometers and the specific surface area of 0.01-50m^2/g as component.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen lebensmittelverträglichen Hochtemperaturschmierstoff, insbesondere ein Hochtemperaturöl und ein Hochtemperaturfett umfassend folgende Komponenten: a) mindestens ein Öl ausgewählt aus einem Trimellitsäureester oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trimellitsäureestern, Alkylaromaten, vorzugsweise ein aliphathisch substituiertes Naphthalin oder Estoliden; b) einem hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylens oder einer Mischung aus hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylen und; c) Additive einzeln oder in Kombination. Im Fall des Hochtemperaturfetts wird ein Verdickungsmittel zugegeben.

The invention relates to a food-grade high-temperature lubricant, in particular a high-temperature oil or a high-temperature grease comprising the following components: a) at least one oil selected from a trimellitic acid ester or a mixture of various trimellitic acid esters, alkyl aromates, preferably an aliphatically substituted naphthalene or estolidene; b) a hydrogenated or fully hydrogenated polyisobutylene or a mixture or hydrogenated or fully hydrogenated polyisobutylene; and c) additives, individually or in combination with each other. In the case of the high-temperature grease, a thickening agent is added.

The disclosed invention relates to a biodegradable grease composition. The grease composition comprises the reaction product of a dispersion of metal oxide and/or hydroxide particulates with at least one animal or vegetable oil. The dispersion comprises an organic medium and has a water content of up to about 0.5% by weight water. The particulates have a mean particle size up to about 15 microns. A process for making a grease composition using a dispersion of metal oxide and/or hydroxide particulates is disclosed.
