Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flareless type pipe connection structure preventing damage to a ferrule during transportation, storage, assembling work or the like, increasing the machining speed of the ferrule, and not losing the ferrule when handled as a component. SOLUTION: The flareless type pipe connection structure includes a joint body 1, a connection member 2 screwed in the joint body 1, and the ferrule 3. The ferrule 3 is positioned on the side of the joint body of the pipe connection 23 of the connection member 2, and a protective member is attached and detached to/from the pipe connection 23 in order to cover the ferrule 3. A partition lid 4 closing a pipe socket 16 when a pipe is not connected is made to also serve as the protective member. For example, the partition lid 4 has a cylindrical wall 42 having a space formed therein for storing the ferrule 3, and a closing wall 41 for closing one end of the cylindrical wall 42 and also closing the pipe socket 16 of the joint body 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and easily execute connecting work and disassembling work of two pipes with less labor although a strong two-end separation preventing function is kept demonstrated. SOLUTION: A locking part 27a abutting to the inner surface of an annular wall part 24 from a pipe axis X2 direction is protruded in a lock member 27 which can be abutted to an engaging protrusion 22 of an insertion pipe part 8 in the pipe axis X2 direction and mounted between the annular wall part 24 of a receiving pipe part 6 and the engaging protrusion 22 of the insertion pipe part 8 relatively rotatably. An insertion/removal recessed part 28 allowing movement of the locking part 27a for insertion and removal in the pipe axis X2 direction of the locking member 27a is formed in the annular wall part 24. An elastic energizing body 29 for moving and energizing the locking part 27a of the lock member 27 turned to a predetermined mounting position on the side of abutting the part 27a to the inner surface of the annular wall part 24 is provided between the outer surface of the annular wall part 24 and an extended part 27b protruded outside the pipe from the lock member 27 through a space between the inner peripheral surface of the the annular wall part 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the insertion pipe part 8. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely exert strong separation preventing functions by abutment between a lock member on socket pipe part side and a engaging protrusion on an inserting pipe part side, and effectively and easily carry out assembling and disassembling work of both pipe parts with less labor. SOLUTION: The pipe connection structure is provided with an elastic seal material for sealing a gap between the inside peripheral surface of a socket pipe part 1 and the outside peripheral surface of an inserting pipe part 2 inserted in and connected to the inside peripheral surface in a pipe axial core direction. A socket side in the inside peripheral surface of a socket pipe part 1 is provided with a lock member 7 for preventing detaching movement of both pipes 1, 2 by abutting to an engaging protrusion 5 protrusively formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inserting pipe part from the pipe axial core direction. A detaching and attaching operation means A for detaching and attaching the lock member 7 to the socket pipe part 1 is provided by rotating operation around an axial core of the lock member 7 and moving operation in the pipe axial core direction in a specified position of a rotating operation passage. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussvorrichtung (1) für Rohrleitungen (2), mit einem Anschlusskörper (6) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (4) für eine mit einem Leitungsende (2a) einzusteckende Rohrleitung (2) und einem innerhalb der Aufnahmeöffnung (4) gelagerten Halteelement zum Arretieren des eingesteckten Leitungsendes (2a) gegen Herausziehen. Das Halteelement ist als federelastischer Zahnring (8) mit einem äußeren Umfangsbereich (8a) und mit mehreren über den Umfang verteilt angeordneten, sich radial nach innen und schräg in Rohr-Einsteckrichtung (X) geneigt erstreckenden, kraft- und/oder formschlüssig gegen das Leitungsende (2a) wirkenden Haltezähnen (8b) ausgebildet. Der Zahnring (8) ist mit seinem äußeren Umfangsbereich (8a) mit einem durch beidseitige Anlageabschnitte (12, 14) definiert begrenzten axialen Bewegungsspiel innerhalb des Anschlusskörpers (6) gelagert. Der Zahnring (8) wirkt am Übergang (15) zwischen dem äußeren Umfangsbereich (8a) und den Haltezähnen (8b) derart mit einer innerhalb des Anschlusskörpers (6) vorgesehenen, umfangsgemäßen Kippkante (16) zusammen, dass beim Einstecken des Leitungsendes (2a) durch dessen Anlage an den Haltezähnen (8b) zunächst der Zahnring (8) aus einer mit seinem äußeren Umfangsbereich (8a) in Einsteckrichtung (X) gegen den ersten, unteren Anlageabschnitt (12) gedrückten Lage wippenartig um die Kippkante (16) verschwenkbar ist, bis der äußere Umfangsbereich (8a) zur abgestützten Anlage an dem zweiten, axial gegenüberliegenden, oberen Anlageabschnitt (14) gelangt, wobei die die Kippkante (16) radial nach innen überragenden Haltezähne (8b) elastisch biegeverformbar sind.

Abstract:
A duct section and system, including a laminated shroud, acting as a secondary duct, for aerospace and other applications, and a method for constructing same. The duct structure incorporates a metallic primary duct tube, with a laminated shroud surrounding the primary duct tube and separated therefrom by an annular gap. The laminated shroud includes a metallic inner layer and a polymeric outer layer. Preferably, the thin metallic layer is a corrosion resistant material such as corrosion resistant stainless steel or titanium. In one embodiment of the invention, the outer polymeric layer is a polyimide material, such as polyimide resin-impregnated fiberglass cloth.
