Abstract:
The invention relates to a tool (10, 20) for fastening on a machine, in particular a screen machine, a road groover, or similar, the tool having a tool body (12, 50, 53), on which a functional unit (11, 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, 40, 30) comprising at least two materials of different damping properties is fastened, one material being a mechanically resistant material (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32) and an intermediate material (11.4, 42, 43) being provided between the mechanically resistant material (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32) and the tool body (12, 50, 53). An improved wear resistance compared to the wear resistance known from prior art is achieved in that the modulus of elasticity of the intermediate material (11.4, 42, 43) amounts to 30 % of the modulus of elasticity of the mechanically resistant material (11, 11.1, 11.2, 31, 32).
Abstract:
A clamp is described and which includes a base portion, a handle which is affixed to the base portion, a moveable clamp portion which is individually pivotally attached to the base portion; a pair of force transmitting couplings pivotally attached to the handle, and the movable clamp portion; and an elongated resilient biasing member with a distal end, and which is mounted on the movable clamp portion, and which is further operable to engage an adjacent object of interest and hold it in a given orientation relative to a vibratory conveyor.
Abstract:
An assembly to protect a sidewall (107) of a screen apparatus releasably attachable to a screen frame (101). The assembly comprises a support body (102) that releasably and adjustably mounts a side liner (103) via at least one adjustably mounted attachment. Accordingly, the present assembly does not require bolting or welding to the sidewalls (107).
Abstract:
A screen element (2) of a screen (1) has longitudinal sides adapted to be arranged in a longitudinal direction of a screen frame (4) and transverse sides adapted to be arranged in a transverse direction of the screen frame (4). The transverse sides of the screen element (2) are provided with at least one projection (6) and/or at least one recess (7) for locking engagement, in a direction transversely to the plane of the screen element (2), with a corresponding projection (6) and/or recess (7) on neighboring screen elements arranged in the screen frame (4). A screen (1) with a screen element (2) arranged in a screen frame (4) is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A screen panel for mining and quarrying industries adapted to be mounted on a screen deck including a wear section(2) and a reinforcement section( l), said wear section(2) comprising a screening surface made up of materials such as herein described formed on said reinforcement section(l) such as herein described, said wear section being the top portion of said panel and said reinforcement section being the bottom portion of said panel, said wear section and said reinforcement section being separate units and said wear section being adapted(4) to be replaceable from time to time, for ensuring smooth functioning of screening operation.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a screening machine with a substructure which has profiles (3) between lateral cheeks, on which profiles there can be fastened tensioning screens, wherein curve‑compensating crossmembers (10), in particular of plastic with a metal reinforcement, of which the upper side is straight, are fastened on the profiles instead of the tensioning screens, and wherein the upper side of the curve‑compensating crossmembers (10) forms a profile which is designed in such a way that plastic screening elements (7) can be releasably fastened to the profile upper side.
Abstract:
In a circular-cylinder sieve, a first frame (7) is provided with a radially provided first ring-like plate (7a) and a ring-like plate (7b) extending from an inner end portion of the first ring-like plate (7a) to the inner side in an axial direction (X) of the sieve. The ring-like plate (7b) is of a shape where an end portion of the plate (7b) is bent inward. A ring-like ridge portion (2a) is fitted in a ring-like space (K1) defined by a ring-like recess portion (10a) and the first frame (7). The ring-like plate (7b) presses the ring-like ridge portion (2a) from radially outward to inward, and therefore the ring-like ridge portion (2a) does not come out. Through-holes (7c)(counterbored holes) are formed in the first frame (7) along the axial direction (X). Four of the through-holes (7c) are used for fixing rods (6) and flat-head screws (6f) are fitted in them, and in the rest, flat-head screws (20) (see Fig. 1) are fitted so as to reinforce the joint between the first frame (7) and a hold-down frame (11).
Abstract:
A screening machine includes wall members, a screen assembly, and a compression assembly. The screen assembly includes a frame with a plurality of side members and a screen supported by the frame. The compression assembly is attached to at least one wall member and forms the screen assembly into a concave shape.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a screen lining comprising a plurality of consecutively cascaded separating disks which vibrate or oscillate together with the machine, wherein an amount of the material to be screened, in particular two-dimensional parts, is moved, as viewed in the screening direction (R), from one side of the separating disk to the separating disk arranged downstream thereof and can be transferred into the overflow, and the other part of the material to be screened, in particular three-dimensional parts, is moved from the other side of the separating disk (11) to the collection point arranged behind and/or beneath, wherein the individual separating disks (11) of the screen lining are detachably mounted in the screening machine in a positively and/or non-positively engaged manner.
