A rear gate opening and closing apparatus includes a gas stay for biasing a rear gate in an opening direction, a motor for actuating to open or close the rear gate, a clutch for connecting or disconnecting the motor with the rear gate, an encoder for detecting the position of the rear gate, an operating switch for operating an opening and closing motion of the rear gate, and a control means for controlling the motor and clutch to automatically open and close the rear gate. The opening and closing speed of the rear gate is controlled based on a detection signal of the encoder.

Système de déverrouillage et/ou d'ouverture d'un ouvrant (C) de véhicule automobile comportant une unité de gestion (2), des moyens d'émission/réception (3) reliés à ladite unité de gestion (2), un transpondeur (4) porté par l'utilisateur, les moyens d'émission/réception (3) du véhicule comportant au moins une antenne (5a, 5b) située sur l'ouvrant (C) ou à proximité de celui-ci, lesdits moyens d'émission/réception (3) ne dialoguant avec le transpondeur (4) que lorsque celui-ci est situé dans le voisinage immédiat de ladite antenne (5a, 5b), l'unité de gestion commandant le déverrouillage et/ou l'ouverture de l'ouvrant (C) lorsque le transpondeur (4) est présenté selon une séquence prédéterminée à l'antenne ou aux antennes (5a, 5b) des moyens d'émission/réception (3) du véhicule.
Abstract:
An apparatus is provided having a foam cushion (9) attached to an elongate elastic member (8). Adhesive pads (10) are attached one to each end of the elastic member (8). A "U" shaped resiliently deformable handle is attached to the uppermost and lowest cushion (9) and adapted to project through the hinge gap formed between the hinge stile (6) and the door jamb (7) when the door is swung open. The apparatus can be secured to the hinge stile (6) of a hinge mounted door leaf (3) by means of the adhesive pads (10) and with the elastic member (8) under sufficient tension to keep the cushions resting against the hinge stile and the handle projecting through the hinge gap. If an attempt is made to close the door without displacing the cushions 9 from the hinge gap the cushions prevent full closure. To fully close the door the handle is pulled from the hinge side of the door, until the cushions (9) are displaced through the hinge gap and the door can then be closed. The cushions are too wide to pass through the reduced hinge gap when the door is closed. When the door is opened the spring force of the elastic member causes the cushions (9) to pull back through the widening hinge gap.

A refrigerator (10) includes a refrigerator body (14) having an interior storage space (18). A door (22) is coupled to the refrigerator body (14) to open and close the interior storage space. A door handle (26) is coupled to the door (22) in a pivotally rotatable manner and an opening actuator (30) is coupled to the door handle (26) where the opening actuator applies a force to the refrigerator body (14) to open the interior storage space (18). The opening actuator includes a front bezel (34), a handle pivot plate (38) coupled to the door handle (26), a casing (42) enclosing an actuator mechanism (46), and one or more pushers (50) that extend and retract against a front wrapper edge (54) of the refrigerator body (14). An intermediate attachment (58) couples the handle pivot plate (38) to the casing (42) and a back bezel (62).

The present invention relates to a hydraulic door-opening system comprising one or more manual hydraulic pumps comprising a pressing lever, and a hydraulic door-opening unit. The hydraulic door-opening unit is in fluid communication with the one or more manual hydraulic pumps. The system allows disabled persons, such as wheelchair users, to open an access portal (such as a door, gate or gated bridge) into an area, where no electricity is available.

Eine automatische Betätigung eines Schließelement (1; 2) eines Fahrzeugs (10) wird beschrieben. Dabei wird mittels eines optischen Sensors (5) ein Objekt erfasst. Abhängig von der Erfassung dieses Objekts wird das Schließelement (1; 2) betätigt. Mit dem optischen Sensor (5) wird überprüft, ob sich bei der Betätigung des Schließelements (1; 2) ein Hindernis in einer Bewegungsbahn des Schließelements (1; 2) befindet. Die Betätigung des Schließelements (1; 2) wird unterbrochen, wenn der optische Sensor (5) ein Hindernis in der Bewegungsbahn des Schließelements (1; 2) erfasst.

An object of the present invention is to provide a control structure of a vehicle capable of reliably responding to an operation intention of a user outside the vehicle. The structure includes: a reflective optical sensor 5 configured to detect an entry of a detection target 4 into a recessed hollow section 1 formed in a vehicle outer wall according to a change in an amount of reflected beams of detection light 3 emitted from a light emitting opening 2 provided in one wall surface of the recessed hollow section 1 toward another wall surface of the recessed hollow section 1; and a controller 6 configured to operate a certain control target 7 when the reflective optical sensor 5 detects the entry of the detection target 4 into the recessed hollow section 1.
