    Abstract: The medication dispensing assembly includes a housing having an interior. A medication bottle is disposed in the interior with its cap assembly facing vertically downwardly. The cap assembly includes outer, middle, and inner pieces. The outer and inner pieces are fixed with one another, and the middle piece is fixed with the bottle. A drive unit is disposed in the interior of the housing and is configured to rotate the bottle and the middle piece of the cap assembly about a vertical axis. The three pieces of the cap assembly have respective medication openings, and rotating the bottle causes individual pills to travel first from the bottle into the inner piece, then into the middle piece, then around the vertical axis, and then outside of the cap assembly through the medication opening of the outer piece.

    Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses a loading device to label containers and load the labeled containers onto a pallet. The loading device is configured with at least one container drop assembly that receives containers to be labelled and loaded onto the pallet and that is in communication with a label assembly configured to print and apply labels to the containers. The loading device also includes at least one loading rotary wheel configured to receive the labelled containers and hold the labelled containers in a pick position to be moved from the pick position to a predetermined position on the pallet. The loading device may be configured to accommodate multiple sizes of containers and to consolidate multiple sizes of labelled containers into a single loading rotary wheel for loading onto the pallet.

    Abstract: A system for integrating a telephone system and a computing system includes an interactive voice response (IVR) platform configured to: obtain a command based on an audio input from a user, determine a web application that corresponds to the command, determine a goal in the web application associated with the command, and obtain information indicating a shortest user interface path to the goal. The system includes a cobrowse client configured to receive a document object model (DOM) of a current state of the web application from a cobrowse session. The IVR platform is configured to, based on the DOM, determine a next user interface action along the shortest user interface path and generate a voice prompt for the user based on the next user interface action. The cobrowse client is configured to receive an updated DOM in response to execution by the user of the next user interface action.

    Abstract: A computerized method of location-based automatic wireless distribution includes receiving a claim from a selected pharmacy associated with a drug benefit plan. The claim indicates a first prescription drug to be administered by the selected pharmacy to a member. The method includes determining a current geographic location of the member, accessing previously adjudicated claim data of the member that is indicative of locations of a plurality of pharmacies where the member previously obtained prescription drug fills, and selecting a drug benefit plan action based on a determination of whether the current geographic location of the member satisfies a pharmacy location criterion associated with the location of at least one other pharmacy of the plurality of pharmacies that is not the selected pharmacy. The method further includes automatically transmitting a drug benefit notification to a mobile electronic device of the member via at least one wireless network.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for managing pricing guarantees for prescription drugs are described. In one embodiment, a target prescription drug discount guarantee associated with a pharmacy benefit manager client is accessed. A prescription drug discount associated with a plurality of prescription drug claims associated with the pharmacy benefit manager client is calculated to obtain a calculated prescription drug discount. A difference between the target prescription drug discount guarantee and the calculated prescription drug discount is determined. A prescription drug pricing schedule associated with the pharmacy benefit manager client is modified based on the difference between the target discount guarantee and the prescription drug discount to create a modified prescription drug pricing schedule. Other methods and systems are described.

    Abstract: A method starts with processor retrieving member's initial context data. Processor receives a string that is a transcribed utterance or an electronic message from the communication session established between member client device and agent client device. Processor determines potential relationships between the member and a patient that is the subject of the string by processing the string using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks to generate a plurality of relationship values. Relationship values are associated with relationship types. Processor generates weight values based on member's initial context data for each of the plurality of relationship types, and generates probability values for the relationship types based on the relationship values and the weight values. Processor narrows the potential relationships, generates relationship data that includes the narrowed potential relationships, and causes the relationship data to be displayed by the agent client device. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.
