Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for multi-TRP by a UE, including out of order delivery of PDSCH, PUSCH, and/or DL ACK/NACK. The UE may receive, from a base station, a configuration that may include multiple control resource set (CORESET) pools and each CORESET pool may be associated with an index value. The UE may determine that at least two DCIs of the multiple DCIs end at a common symbol and determine, based on one or more predetermined rules, when the UE may be scheduled to receive PDSCHs, transmit PUSCHs, and/or transmit ACK/NACKs from CORESETs associated with the at least two DCIs.

Abstract: Uplink transmissions of a mobile device (UE) may be improved in a number of ways. Uplink Transmission Time Interval (TTI) bundling, including both Type-A and Type B PUSCH repetitions, may be implemented with variable TTI bundle sizing. The TTI bundle size may be determined by a base station and communicated to the UE explicitly, or may be determined by the UE implicitly, based on an indicated repetition number and frequency hopping number. The UE may also report frequency hopping (FH) assist information to the base station for use by the base station to more efficiently configure FH for the uplink transmissions. Finally, the UE may use (or maintain) the same transmission power, for each TTI transmit occasion of the same TTI bundle in order to improve (cross-slot) channel estimation accuracy. Power allocation may be prioritized to ensure that at the same time a total power for the uplink transmissions of the UE does not exceed a specified threshold.

Various mechanisms are disclosed for performing signaling the resource allocation for the multiple TBs without introducing excessive signaling overhead.

Abstract: The implementations disclosed provide apparatus, systems, and methods for downlink control information (DCI) enhancement for a reduced-complexity new radio (NR) wireless device. The wireless device includes one or more processors configured to transmit a type of the wireless device to a base station communicatively coupled to the wireless device. A format of the DCI is received from the base station. The DCI includes multiple bit strings indicating a schedule of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The format specifies a respective number of bits for each bit string. The format is defined by the base station based on the type of the wireless device. The DCI is received from the base station using a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The multiple bit strings are extracted from the DCI based on the format of the DCI.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing vehicle-to-everything sidelink communication. A wireless device may receive vehicle-to-everything resource pool configuration information and sidelink control information. A number of resource elements allocated for a vehicle-to-everything physical sidelink shared channel may be determined based at least in part on the resource pool configuration information and the sidelink control information. A transport block size for the vehicle-to-everything physical sidelink shared channel may be determined based at least in part on the number of resource elements allocated for the vehicle-to-everything physical sidelink shared channel. A low density parity check base graph may be selected for the vehicle-to-everything physical sidelink shared channel based at least in part on the determined transport block size.

Abstract: The systems, methods, and apparatuses can receive one or more communication signals traversing through a communication channel. The systems, methods, and apparatuses can estimate one or more known parameters, characteristics, and/or attributes of the communication channel, for example, scattering, fading, and/or power decay over distance, through a process referred to as channel estimation. The systems, methods, and apparatuses can develop various channel coefficients, for example, amplitudes and/or phases, describing the channel response of the communication channel at discrete intervals of time, also referred to as taps. The systems, methods, and apparatuses can assign taps to various priorities and, thereafter, utilize these priorities to selectively include their corresponding channel coefficients in a CSI report or exclude their corresponding channel coefficients from the CSI report.

The number of resource elements for the sidelink data is calculated based at least on a reference second stage Sidelink Control Information (SCI) overhead. Abstract: The implementations disclosed provide apparatus, systems, and methods for channel structure construction for a two-step random access channel (RACH) using a new radio (NR) user equipment (UE) wireless device. The wireless device includes one or more computer processors configured to generate a physical RACH (PRACH) preamble mapped to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) resource unit. The PRACH preamble is associated with a preamble group indicating a configuration of the PUSCH. The preamble group has a size indicated by radio resource control (RRC) signaling performed by the wireless device. A message is encoded including the PRACH preamble and a payload carried by the PUSCH. The configuration of the PUSCH includes parameters for decoding the message. The wireless device couples communicatively to a base station using the PUSCH. The message is transmitted to the base station. The base station decodes the message based on the parameters of the PUSCH configuration.

A cellular network may configure reference signals for multiple bandwidth parts and may configure an eRedcap device to report measurements on active and deactivated bandwidth parts. An eRedcap device may perform measurements of reference signals on a deactivated bandwidth part and provide reporting to the network based on the configuration.
