PURPOSE: A desalination apparatus for brackish water and the desalination method of the brackish water using the same are provided to extend the life of a desalinating part and to prevent the contamination of the desalinating part. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treating part eliminates turbid materials containing water. A diluting part receives and stores treated water from the pre-treating part. A storing bath stores final treated water from the diluting bath and final fresh water from a desalinating part. A water supplying part(300) supplies the final treated water from the storing bath. A washing part(350) includes a nano-bubble generating unit generating ultrafine bubbles and generating ultrafine bubble containing washing water based on the final treated water. The washing water is supplied to the desalinating part to be washed.

PURPOSE: A sterilizing liquid preparing apparatus and a method of the same for sterilizing tissues are provided to effectively eliminate organic materials based on the surfactant property of tissues containing electrolyzed water. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing liquid preparing apparatus includes an electrolyzing electrode(120), a controlling part(110), a power supplying part(100), and an operating button(140). The electrolyzing electrode is installed at a sterilizing liquid housing(130). The electrolyzing electrode is at least one pair. The controlling part controls direct currents supplied to the electrolyzing electrode. The power supplying part supplies power to the controlling part. The operating button inputs operating signals to the controlling part. The electrolyzing electrode uses the sterilizing liquid which is obtained by electrolyzing salty water.

PURPOSE: A bipolar type electrolyzing reactor is provided to increase the chlorine generating current efficiency of the reactor and to reduce the reduction of efficiency due to current leakage by preventing current leakage at the inlet and the outlet of the reactor. CONSTITUTION: A bipolar type electrolyzing reactor(10) includes an electrolytic bath(11) and a plurality of electrode plates(12). An inlet(11a) and an outlet(11b) for water treatment are formed at the front side and the rear side of the electrolytic bath. The electrode plates are arranged in the electrolytic bath. Insulating parts(12a) are formed at both end parts of the electrode plates in order to prevent the leakage of currents through the inlet and the outlet.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating wastewater and a method for treating wastewater are provided to effectively eliminate organic materials from wastewater and to uniformly purify the entire wastewater. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating wastewater includes a bubble generating part(200) and a plasma treating part(300). The bubble generating part supplies gas to wastewater and forms bubbles in the wastewater. The plasma treating part supplies a wastewater storing space. The plasma treating part applies electric field to the wastewater to be plasma-treated. Gas in the bubble of the wastewater is ionized based on the electric filed such that the wastewater is purified. The gas is one of air, oxygen, nitrogen, or argon.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating sterilizer are provided to supply the pre-set concentration of sterilizer and to easily controlling the concentration of the sterilizer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating sterilizer includes a salt dissolving bath(110), a water storing bath(120), a pump(130), an electrolysis cell(140), a direct current-base current supplier(150), a flux controlling unit(160), a flux sensor(170), a mixer(180), a sterilizer concentration measuring sensor and transmitter(190), and a controlling unit(102). Salty water from the salt dissolving bath and water from the water storing bath are mixed in the pump. The mixed salty water and water are supplied to the electrolysis cell. The electrolysis cell includes a first terminal electrode, as second terminal electrode, and a bipolar electrode with electrochemical catalyst. Currents from the current supplier are supplied to the electrolysis cell. The electrolysis cell generates sterilizer.

PURPOSE: A nano-silver active water generating apparatus is provided to rapidly generate plenty of silver ionized water and to improve productivity by continuously supplying water and implementing continuous processes. CONSTITUTION: A nano-silver active water generating apparatus(100) includes a circulating pump(141), a sensor(130), filters(151, 152), an electrolysis tank(120), and a controlling board(110). The sensor detects the ion concentration of circulating water. Direct current power is applied to the electrolysis tank, and water is electrolyzed and is silver-ionized. The silver-ionized water is circulated to a storing tank(200). The circulating pump is controlled to circulate the water contained in the storing tank. A signal is input from the sensor to calculate to the concentration of ions. A silver-ionizing process is repeated. When the concentration of the ions reaches to a pre-set concentration, the operations of power and the circulating pump are stopped. The water in the storing tank becomes nano-silver active water.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating complex ionic mineral active water includes an introducing part(10), a mineral dissolving bath(20), a voltage part(18), and a discharging part(32). Water is supplied through the introducing part from the outside. The water is supplied into the mineral dissolving bath through one end part, and the water is discharged through another end part of the mineral dissolving bath. Silver balls and metallic balls are arranged in the mineral dissolving bath. An electrode, to which a voltage is applied, is formed at one inner side of the mineral dissolving bath. The voltage part applies the voltage to the electrode. The discharging part discharge treated water to the outside. Ceramic balls are further arranged in the mineral dissolving bath.

PURPOSE: An electrolysis apparatus is provided to expand the life expectancy of electrodes by preventing the reduction of electrolysis efficiency and easily implementing maintenance with respect to the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis apparatus is composed of a plurality of electrodes(20) and a scraper(30). The electrodes are formed into circular shapes and are rotatably installed. A rotating shaft(22) connects the electrodes. The scraper corresponds to a part of the surface of the electrodes. The scraper eliminates byproducts on the entire surface of the electrodes by rotating the electrodes.

PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment process using an electrodialysis apparatus is provided to enhance the efficiency of the electrodialysis apparatus by applying a proper chemical washing period on the process, and to prevent environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: An electrodialysis apparatus includes an oxidation electrode, a reduction electrode, a plurality of cation exchange films, a plurality of anion exchange films, a plurality of spacers, and a control member. A wire for electrical resistivity measurement is inserted into the spacer. A wastewater treatment process includes a step for measuring electric resistance of the electrodialysis apparatus, a step for performing chemical washing after stopping the electrodialysis, and a step for repeating above steps.
