Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition capable of providing a molded product having good appearance and really excellent abrasion resistance. According to the present invention, there is provided a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition comprising a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) and a silicone-acrylic copolymer (B); wherein the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) contains a hard segment and a soft segment bonded to each other, wherein the hard segment comprises a polyester formed from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol as constituent components, wherein the soft segment is at least one member selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic polyether, an aliphatic polyester, and an aliphatic polycarbonate; and wherein, in a molded product obtained by injection molding of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition, the silicone-acrylic copolymer (B) dispersed in the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) forming a matrix has an average dispersion area of 0.3 μm2 or less.

Abstract: A binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode contains water and a polymer that includes an aromatic vinyl monomer unit, a conjugated diene monomer unit, and a hydrophilic monomer unit. The polymer has a median diameter of not less than 50 nm and not more than 800 nm, and the proportional content of the hydrophilic monomer unit in the polymer is not less than 4.0 mass % and not more than 20 mass %. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid, a UV-curable adhesive, a preparation method and use thereof, which relates to the technical field of optical film preparation. The zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid is mainly composed of modified zirconia particles and resin, wherein the surface of the modified zirconia particles has hydrogen bond donor groups, and the grafted amount of the hydrogen bond donor groups on the surface of the zirconia particles is 1-20 wt %. The modified zirconia particles in the above zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid can not only increase the liposolubility of the zirconia particles due to the introduction of hydrogen bond donor groups on the surface, but also have the hydrogen bond interaction with alkoxy bisphenol A resin (BPA resin), thereby increasing the compatibility and stability of the zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid and the BPA resin.

Abstract: Historically, bitumen from oil sands has been carried over land using trucks, pipelines, or by rail, and over water using tankers. Each mode of transportation faces economic or technical challenges of its own. Here there is provided a method for transporting bitumen, comprising: receiving in a dry bulk shipping container a load of discrete pellets with bitumen entrapped into the pellets, wherein the pellets have non-stick outer surfaces configured to prevent the bitumen from sticking to walls of the container when the pellets are carried in the container; and transporting the dry bulk shipping container containing the pellets over a distance. Alternatively or additionally, the pellets may have non-stick outer surfaces configured to prevent the load from caking when the pellets are carried in the container such that the load of bitumen pellets is substantially free-flowing when the transporting is completed.
