PURPOSE: A joint assembly is provide to surely prevent a foreign matter from intruding into a hole according to the sliding of a dust preventing apparatus to a female connector body and to surely prevent a retainer from unexpectedly falling by slidable mounting the dust preventing apparatus and the retainer on a pipe together, and forming an extension part insertable to the slot of the retainer. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembling(10) is formed of a male member(12), a hollow female connector body(14), a retainer(16) and a dust preventing apparatus(18) with secondary latch. In order to prevent a foreign matter from intruding into the bearing assembly through the inlet(34) of the female connector body(14), the dust preventing apparatus(18) consisting of rubber or plastic material is used to cover the exposed part of the retainer(16) and the inlet(34), Namely, the dust preventing apparatus(18) is slidably mounted on a pipe(20) so as to enclose an axial hole in the same manner as the retainer(16), and slid on the female connector body(14) side together with the retainer(16). On the other hand, an extension part formed on the dust preventing apparatus(18) is worked as a secondary latch, and the retainer(16) is surely locked in a proper position to prevent the accidental falling of the retainer(16).

PURPOSE: A ball joint is provided to easily absorb the expansion and the bending by contracting and the like caused by the temperature change of a pipe line and the vibration by the earthquake. CONSTITUTION: The combining apparatus of a pipe ball joint is formed by:a spherical hanging projection(130) formed inside of a lower flange(120) of a ball joint(100) connected with a pipe(P); a ball inserting groove(140) having a spherical ball(150) inserted; the spherical ball(150) formed on the front face of a connecting pipe(160), inserted into the lower flange(120) to freely revolve within a specific angle; an upper flange(180) combined to the lower flange(120) with a combining bolt(190) to be fixed by mounting a packing material(170) on a side circumference of the spherical ball(150) of the connecting pipe(160); and an inclined groove(200) provided inside of the upper flange(180) to revolve the connecting pipe(160) connected to the other pipe(P') with the welding by integrally connecting with the spherical ball(150).

The present application describes and claims a tube connector (1) for attachment to an end of a tube (7) of a pressurized fluid system comprising a housing (3), a main sealing element (9), a gripping element (11) and a cone element (13). The main sealing element (9) is arranged for sealing an inner surface of the housing (3) to an outer surface of a tube (7). The gripping element (11) comprises a gripping edge (25) for engaging with an outer surface of a tube (7). The cone element (13) limits a movement of the gripping element (11). The tube connector (1) further comprises an integrated release element (15). The release element (15) comprises a tubular part (31), a top part and an environmental sealing (35). A release edge (37) of the tubular part (31) engages with the gripping element (11) and the environmental sealing (35) is adapted for sealing a receptacle (5) formed in the housing (3) of the environment.

Es wird eine Steckkupplung für ein Rohr (3), insbesondere für Wasserleitungen, mit einer das Rohrende (2) aufnehmenden Kupplungshülse (1), mit einem in die Kupplungshülse (1) eingesetzten Dichtungsring (4), mit einem dem Dichtungsring (4) in Einsteckrichtung des Rohrendes (2) vorgelagerten Sperrring (6), der gegen das Rohrende (2) vorstehende, in Einsteckrichtung geneigte Rückhalteklauen (7) bildet, und mit einem dem Dichtungsring (4) ebenfalls vorgelagerten, gegenüber der Kupplungshülse (1) in Einsteckrichtung axial abgestützten Ringkörper beschrieben. Um vorteilhafte Konstruktionsbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Ringkörper einen über eine Sollbruchverbindung (13) angeschlossenen Schutzring (12) zum Umfassen der Stirnseite des Rohrendes (2) von außen aufweist.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussvorrichtung (1) für Medienleitungen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuseteil (2), welches zweiteilig aus einem Aufnahmeteil (6) zum Steckanschluss einer Medienleitung und aus einem Anschlussteil (8) zum Anschluss des Gehäuseteils (2) an ein Aggregat oder eine weitere Medienleitung besteht. Das Anschlussteil (8) besteht aus Metall und ist mit dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Aufnahmeteil (6) über eine koaxiale, rotationssymmetrische Steckverbindung (24) mit formschlüssiger Verrastung und mit umfangsgemäss geschlossenem Linienverlauf verbunden. Dabei ist das Anschlussteil (8) mit einem Einsteckansatz (26) in eine Steckaufnahme (28) des Aufnahmeteils (6) eingesteckt, wobei der Einsteckansatz (26) mit einer radial nach aussen vorspringenden Raststufe (30) eine radiale Hinterschneidungsfläche (32) innerhalb der Steckaufnahme (28) formschlüssig hintergreift.

The coupling member 11 includes a smaller diameter sealing portion 24 that carries O-ring seals 26 and 27. A larger diameter portion 25, 29 of the coupling member 11 includes a locking groove 28. The sealing cap 12 includes a cylindrical body 30 that has a smaller diameter sealing portion 31a and a larger diameter locking portion 31b. A locking clip 40 is received in radially opposite locking openings 35 and 36 on the enlarged diameter locking portion 31b and extends into the locking groove 28 in a locked position.

A duct section and system, including a laminated shroud, acting as a secondary duct, for aerospace and other applications, and a method for constructing same. The duct structure incorporates a metallic primary duct tube, with a laminated shroud surrounding the primary duct tube and separated therefrom by an annular gap. The laminated shroud includes a metallic inner layer and a polymeric outer layer. Preferably, the thin metallic layer is a corrosion resistant material such as corrosion resistant stainless steel or titanium. In one embodiment of the invention, the outer polymeric layer is a polyimide material, such as polyimide resin-impregnated fiberglass cloth.

The invention relates to a quick-coupling device for connecting a tube to a rigid bored element, comprising a tubular insert possessing exterior means for anchoring it in the bore of the rigid element, releasable interior means for retaining the tube, and a release means mounted movably translationally relative to the rigid element for releasing the retaining means when it is inserted into the element, the release means possessing a rear part which projects out of the element and has a shoulder surface opposite a fixed surface of the element or tubular insert, so that a groove is defined between them to accommodate an intermediate ring that resists the insertion of the release means, said device being characterized in that said ring (20) is in the form of an open annulus that is closed on itself by means of final connection elements (24, 25), the annulus comprising a portion (23) having less resistance to traction.

This invention relates to a tube coupling system (1) for a pressurised fluid system comprising a coupling body (3) for receiving a tube (5) of a pressurised fluid system, a leakage sealing means (7) for preventing fluid supplied from the pressurised fluid system via the tube to enter the coupling body (3), a gripping means (9) for gripping the outer surface of the tube (5) received in the coupling body (3), and an environment sealing means (11) for preventing intrusion from outside of the coupling body (3), characterised in that said environment sealing means (11) is at least partially displaceable and arranged to be pressed at least partially off a sealing seat when there is internal fluid pressure in the coupling body (3) resulting in a fluid stream out of the coupling body (3) and said fluid stream to the outside of the coupling body (3) indicates a leakage from the pressurised fluid system.
