Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new method for forming a thermal spray coating, wherein roughening treatment and preheating treatment are simultaneously performed as pretreatment to thermal spraying, without causing red rust on the surface of the base material, and further, the thermal spray coating has excellent adhesion property, and, spot working can be performed, and in addition, shortening of working treatment (a time for completion) and cost reduction are attained; and to provide a device used for the performance of this method. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the thermal spray coating, the surface of the material to be treated is subjected to thermal blast working, so as to be preheated, and simultaneously, to be roughened, and successively, the surface of the base material to be treated is continuously thermal-sprayed with a metal, thus spray coating of a metal is formed. Also disclosed is a device for high speed flame thermal spraying constituted so that the feed line of abrasive grains for performing thermal blast working and the feed line of thermal spraying material powder for forming the thermal spray coating are connected to a high speed flame thermal spraying gun, and switching valves for switching the kinds of the powder to be fed between the time of thermal blast working and the time of thermal spraying treatment are arranged in these feed lines, wherein either the abrasive grains or the thermal spraying material powder can be continuously introduced into the thermal spraying gun. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine member which has improved durability under wet environments and has a dense corrosion resistant coating layer with excellent adhesive strength and to provide a corrosion resistant member in which thickness reduction in the coating layer can be easily grasped and life evaluation for grasping replacement timing can be simplified. SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant member 1 is integrally formed by coating a base material 2 composed of martensitic stainless steel with a corrosion resistant coating layer 7 and is used under wet environments. The corrosion resistant coating layer 7 consists of martensitic stainless steel and aluminum. Further, the coating layer 7 has a graded composition where the aluminum content gradually increases with the approach from the joining-surface side with the base material 2 to the uppermost-surface side.
