Abstract:
An apparatus for packaging product-filled sealed bags in cases includes an inclined plate and an extensible pushing plate operable to arrange a predetermined number of bags fed from an infeed conveyor in a row on the inclined plate. The row is supported thereon by a movable support pivotable from a holding or supporting position to a retracted position in which the row is free to slide downwardly off the inclined plate and onto a retractable bottom plate. The movable support further operates to position each row formed in an upright position on the bottom plate, where a predetermined number of rows are successively accumulated. The accumulated rows are laterally supported on one side by the movable support and on the other side by a cylinder having a supporting back plate at the end. When a predetermined number of rows have been accumulated, the bottom plate is retracted to allow a cylinder-operated pushing plate to push the rows downwardly into an underlying open case.

본 발명은 떡볶이 자판기의 떡취출장치를 개시한다. 구체적으로 떡볶이를 조리하여 주문자에게 제공하는 떡볶이 자판기 내에 설치되어 떡볶이 떡이 포장된 떡봉지를 개봉하여 떡을 취출하는 장치에 있어서, 떡봉지의 양단을 클램핑하거나 언클램핑하는 떡봉지클램핑부; 클램핑된 떡봉지의 일단을 가로질러 이동하면서 떡봉지를 절개하되 일부를 남기고 절개하고, 절개된 떡봉지 조각을 클램핑하고 있는 떡봉지클램핑부가 언클램핑하면 절개된 떡봉지의 일단이 기울어지면서 포장된 떡이 낙하하여 컵으로 투입되게 하는 떡봉지개봉부; 상기 떡봉지클램핑부를 타측으로 이동시키고 떡봉지를 언클램핑함으로써 빈봉지가 낙하하여 수거되게 하는 떡봉지수거부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article carrying-out device of an automatic vending machine which can securely carry articles out one by one without causing the articles to roll nor stick and can efficiently store evan articles in indeterminate shapes. SOLUTION: When an article B in an article column 20 is carried out to an article bucket 40, respective articles B in the article column 20 are supported in the front-rear direction by respective article support plates 34, so even if the foremost article B is rolled or disordered in attitude when carried out, a following article B is never fallen by the carried-out article B. An article support plate 34 is interposed between the articles B, so the articles would not be stuck together. At that time, both the front-rear directional surfaces of the article support plate 34 come into contact with the articles only on parts other than recessed parts 34b, so the contact area between the article support plate 34 and article B becomes small and the article B never sticks on the article support plate 34. The upper coupling (2) of the transport bag (28) is located above the rolls (3) and enables driving and transport by means of a conveying element (29) which preferably has a commercially available roller chain having driver pins. The disengagement of the drivers and the upper coupling parts (2) is prevented by the design of the transport bag (28) in that the transport bag (28) generates a sufficient torque (M1) around the roll axis (4), and the permissible inclination of the upper coupling (2) relative to the vertical (36) during transport along conveyor paths is not exceeded, so that more reliable entrainment of the transport bag (28) is guaranteed. The curved-angle track switches (80) for the conveyor system have few parts and are therefore cost-effective and operationally reliable.
