Abstract:
Bi-directional and multi-axial woven or knitted fabrics, fabric composites, ballistically resistant assemblies thereof, and the methods by which they are made. The fabrics are comprised of sets of strong, substantially parallel, unidirectional yarns lying in parallel planes, one above the other, with the direction of the yarns (11) in a given plane rotated at an angle to the direction of the yarns (12) in adjacent planes; and one or more sets of yarns (13, 14) having lower strength and higher elongation interleaved with the strong yarns. The fabrics of the invention provide superior ballistic effectiveness compared to ordinary woven and knitted fabrics but retain the ease of manufacture on conventional looms and knitting machines.

Disclosed is a rubbing cloth for a liquid crystal display device capable of forming finely aligned grooves in the rubbing process of a liquid crystal display device and that is capable of solving the problems of scratch, non-uniform rubbing, etc., and a method of manufacturing the same. The rubbing cloth of the present invention comprises a textile of warp and weft and a pile yarn aligned along the warp or weft of the textile with an inclination. 10 to 50% of all acetyl groups of the acetate fiber of the pile yarn are substituted by hydroxy groups.

The invention relates to the new domain of wearable electronics , particularly to an electronic component, which is integrated in a fiber, to a woven material for a textile having at least one fiber with the integrated electronic component, to a production method and to uses thereof. The invention firstly presents a textile woven material in which electronic components are integrated in the fibers of the woven material itself. The fibers are used as conducting or insulating elements of the components.

A shape-stabilizing agent for a cellulose-based fiber and a method for stabilizing a shape of the cellulose-based fiber using the same are provided to improve an anti-creasing property and a shape-stabilizing property of the cellulose-based fiber, by using polyurethane resin having an excellent shape memory performance. A shape-stabilizing agent for a cellulose-based fiber comprises 2.0-12.0 wt% of polyurethane resin, 0.5-3.0 wt% of blocked isocyanate-based dispersing liquid, 0.5-5.0 wt% of emulsion of functional polysiloxane and fatty acid aminoamide, 0.5-2.0 wt% of catalyst, MgCl2.6H2O, and water as a remainder. The polyurethane resin has a viscosity of 200-400 cps, a particle size of 80-120 nm, a melt crystallization temperature of 34-42°C, a glass transition temperature ranging from -35°C to -28°C, and a molecular weight of 55,000-60,000. Further, the blocked isocyanate-based dispersing liquid has 2.5 to 4.5 of pH, 1.03 to 1.08 g/cm^3 of specific gravity.

본 발명은 액정 표시 장치용 러빙천 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 경사 및 위사로 제직된 원단조직과, 이 원단조직의 경사 또는 위사방향으로 경사지게 배열된 파일사를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 파일사는 아세테이트 섬유 전체 아세틸기 중 10∼50 %가 히드록시기로 치환된 개질 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필라멘트 섬유인 액정 표시 장치용 러빙천을 제공한다. 본 발명의 러빙천은 액정 배향을 위한 배향홈을 형성시키는 러빙 공정에서 사용할 경우 미세 배향홈 형성이 가능하고 스크래치 및 불균일 러빙 등의 문제점을 개선하는 효과가 있다.

A woven fabric comprising a composite yarn composed of a multifilament yarn A2 and a multifilament yarn B2 which satisfy the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the ratio of the length of the multifilament yarn A2 at the time of absorption of water or moisture (WA2) to the length of the multifilament yarn A2 at a temperature of 20°C and a humidity of 65% (DA2) (WA2/DA2) is 1.02 to 1.30; (2) the ratio of the length of the multifilament yarn A2 at the time of absorption of water or moisture (WA2) to the length of the multifilament yarn B2 at a temperature of 20°C and a humidity of 65% (DB2) (WA2/DB2) is 0.9 to 1.1; and (3) the dry shrinkage stress (DS value) of the multifilament yarn A2 is 0.08 cN/dtex or higher.
