PURPOSE: An eco-friendly method for cleanly purifying contaminated river water using a rope-powered, water purifying, and multifunctional movable weir having a naturally-formed fish way restoring an ecosystem, and an operation system applied to the same are provided to operate the weir with only a rope without a hydraulic pipeline at river bed, thereby preventing environmental contamination due to damage to the pipeline. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly method for cleanly purifying contaminated river water using a rope-powered, water purifying, and multifunctional movable weir having a naturally-formed fish way restoring an ecosystem, and an operation system applied to the same a water pressure responding rod (131) and a second rope fixing member (150). The water pressure responding rod is formed at the top of the weir, and the second rope fixing member is installed at a top thereof. A second roller (212) is installed on a base concrete bottom, and a second rope supporting plate is formed between a sluice plate and the same. The operation system operating the sluice of the weir is completed by coupling one end of a top toothed gear and one end of a second rope (102).

The door moves on the guide rail in a sliding method. The switch is installed on the surface of the door. The driving cylinder is installed at the door to be operated by the switch. The rotary plate rotates by a medium of a rotary shaft installed at the door. The driving rod connects the driving cylinder and the rotary plate. The branching members branches a rotatory force by being connected to the driving cylinder by a connection rod. CONSTITUTION: A turning type movable weir with a lock device comprises a base frame(10), a water gate assembly(20), a movable link(30), a hydraulic cylinder(40), a pair of fixed racks(50A,50B), a pair of lockers(60A,60B), and a lock releasing unit(70). The water gate assembly is installed on the base frame to be rotatable around a rotary shaft(21). The movable link opens and closes the water gate assembly by rotating the rotary shaft. The hydraulic cylinder is composed of a rod portion and a cylinder portion. The rod portion is connected to the movable link. The cylinder portion is fixed to the base frame, and the rod portion is slid into/out of the cylinder portion. The fixed racks are formed on the outer surface of the cylinder portion. The lockers control the sliding of the rod portion. The lock releasing unit releases the sliding restriction of the rod portion by selectively separating the lockers from the fixed racks.

The fixture has multiple rows of fixing gears(32) meshed with the latch gears of the latch. The release unit releases the latch from the fixture. The guide unit has a guide piece. The guide piece is inserted into a guide groove formed on the bottom of an actuating plate(21) of the latch.

CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly method for purifying polluted stream water using a system for discharging bottom water and a movable weir capable of preventing flood damages is as follows. Horizontal and vertical vortex plates(38,39) are formed on a siphon path connected to a water gate plate(10) of a movable weir. Stream water polluted by the principle of material friction and an eddy principle, which are generated when the stream water continuously collides with the Horizontal and vertical vortex plates is naturally purified.

본 고안은 이동식 수문개폐장치 및 이를 이용한 수문 시스템에 대한 것으로서, 일렬로 배열된 복수의 수문을 따라 설치된 이동대를 타고 직선 왕복 운동하는 수문개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 이동대의 폭방향으로 길게 연장되고 상기 이동대 위에 설치되는 몸체와; 상기 몸체를 상기 이동대 상에서 왕복 운동하도록 하는 이동수단과; 상기 몸체의 전단에 설치되고, 후크가 형성되는 하단이 상하 및 전후 방향으로 이동하여 상기 복수의 수문의 각도를 각각 조절하는 구동부를 포함하여 구성되는 수문개폐장치에 대한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 고안에 의하면 다수의 수문 사이를 이동하면서 복수의 수문을 개폐할 수 있으므로 각각의 수문마다 별도의 수문개폐장치를 설치하지 않아도 되므로 시공이 용이하고 설치 비용이 절감된다는 이점이 있다.

The water gate blocks river water. The rotary shafts are fixed to both sides of the bottom of the water gate. The main brackets rotatably support the rotary shafts. The movable links rotate the rotary shafts. The side cylinders turn the movable links. The horizontal frame is arranged under the water gate. The intermediate cylinder is composed of a second cylinder and a second piston rod. The second cylinder is supported to a bracket installed at the rear of the horizontal frame through a first pin. The second piston rod is lifted by the second cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A silence conduction water gate comprises a water gate body(10), an impurity cutoff and support(20), a support device and a driving unit. The water gate body is arranged as the direction crossing the width of river. The water gate body is rotatably installed through a hinge(11) and blocks or opens the river while standing or lying. While being connected with the standing and lying of the water gate body, the impurity cutoff and support induce in order that the water and the foreign material going over the water gate body is not inserted into the bottom of the water gate body. The support device rotates and supports the impurity cutoff and support in the upper and lower direction.
