본 발명은 후보 물질의 피부 보습력을 측정하는 방법으로서, 상기 후보물질을 청포묵에 도포한 후, 청포묵의 수분 보유력을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후보 물질의 피부 보습력 측정방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 후보 물질에 대한 피부 보습력을 측정하는 경우, 특정 기기로 후보 물질이 도포된 피부층을 측정하는 경우에 한하여 소정의 수치로 표현 가능하던 종래의 피부 보습력 측정 방법과 달리, 청포묵을 통한 비교적 간단한 방법을 통해 후보 물질에 대한 피부의 보습력을 수치적으로 평가할 수 있다. 피부 보습력 측정방법, 청포묵

PURPOSE: A method for extracting, purifying, and processing decursin from Angelica gigas nakai extract is provided to maximize efficiency of decursin on the skin and to enhance skin absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing decursin from Angelica gigas Nakai extract comprises: a step of extracting Angelica gigas Nakai by supercritical extraction using carbon dioxide; a step of isolating and purifying decursin through column chromatography using hexane and ethylacetate; and a step of capturing purified decursin in a polymer nano carrier. The polymer nano carrier is polycaprolactone-block polyethylene glycol block copolymer, polyethylene glycol and poly-D,L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid block copolymer, or linear polyethylene imine and poly-carprolactone block copolymer.

PURPOSE: A skin formulation for external use containing ginseng flower essential oil is provided to treat wrinkles and to suppress pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A skin composition for external use contains 0.0001-30 weight% of ginseng flower essential oil as an active ingredient. The ginseng flower essential oil is obtained by extracting a solvent through steam distillation. The perfumed ingredient of the ginseng flower essential oil is decanal, nonanal, 2-methylpyrrole, benzaldehyde, acetophenone, methyl vinyl ketone, hexanal, methyl heptenone, cis-3-hexenol, methyl salicylate, hedione, and methylionone.

PURPOSE: A skin composition for external use containing Hisbiscior cortex extract is provided to ensure skin barrier strengthening, wound healing, and anti-aging. CONSTITUTION: A skin composition for external use contains 0.1-10 weight% of Hisbiscior cortex extract as an active ingredient. The Hisbiscior cortex extract enhances PPARs(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors), fillagrin, transglutaminase(TGase1), or HAS2(hyaluronic acid synthase 2). The Hisbiscior cortex extract enhances the gene expression of HMOX1(heme oxygenase 1), TNF alpha(tumor necrosis factor alpha), and IL-1beta(interleukin-1beta). CONSTITUTION: An input image device takes a photograph of the digital image of the subject face. An image detecting device detects the image of the region around cheek among the face image recorded in the input image device. An image analysis device changes the digital image of the cheek region into the RGB value. A statistical analysis device draws in a linear discrimination function. The statistical analysis device distinguishes the skin color of a subject face to one color among blue, red, yellow, white, and black.
