Abstract:
A screen including a plurality of decks vertically stacked above one another, at least one of the decks bearing at least one sieve, the screen including means for vertically separating the decks from one another, suitable for selectively adjusting a vertical distance between each deck of the plurality of decks and at least one other deck of the plurality of decks.
Abstract:
A screening machine includes wall members, screen assembly guide members, a screen assembly and a compression assembly. The screen assembly includes a frame with a plurality of side members and a screen supported by the frame. The compression assembly is attached to at least one wall member and forms the screen assembly into a concave shape.

Abstract:
A screen system having a plurality of screen elements that can be readily removed and replaced to vary one or more characteristics of the screen surface formed by the screen system. The screen system includes a support system for supporting at least one screen element to prevent deformation of the screen element that typically would occur due to the insufficient structural stability of the at least one screen element relative to the weight of the product being screened. Preferably, the support system includes one or more support elements that can be readily and easily installed and removed from the screen system. The support system is preferably configured to permit the one or more support elements to be positioned at different locations in the screen system. Preferably, the support system is configured to permit a variety of different support elements to be used to allow a greater variety of screen elements to be used.

Abstract:
A screening machine of the type used to separate or classify mixtures of solid particles of different sizes includes a machine frame and a perforate screen panel mounted for movement relative to the machine frame during a screening operation. The screen panels are pre-tensioned mesh screen material mounted in a peripheral rim for separating various granular and particulate materials. The screen panel is slid into the side of the machine frame in a direction orthogonal to the direction particulate matter moves when the screening machine is operating. The screen panel peripheral rim has a shaped or other cross section adapted to hold a large seal member that provides a positive sealing surface for contact with the machine frame to prevent particulate matter from escaping off of the screen panel during use.
Abstract:
Apparatus is provided, in or for a screen separator for sieving materials, for clamping one or more sieve screen frames 78 within the confines of a chassis 40 of the separator to prevent egress of material from the separator. The apparatus comprises a sheath 50 extending around and embracing the chassis 40 and one or more expandable elements 66 for urging the sheath 50 against the chassis 40 and the screen frame(s) 78 to impart uniform clamping pressure to the clamped elements. The sheath 50 is designed to provide ease of mounting and release.
Abstract:
The invention provides a fastener (10) for a screen panel (20), the fastener including a base section (12) at least two outer engagement means (14) extending from opposite side zones of the base section, the two outer engagement means at least partially opposing one another; and at least one inner engagement means (16) located between the outer engagement means; the inner and outer engagement means including retaining formations (14.2, 16.2) adapted to engage a complementary receiving formation in a screen panel (20) in a snap fit configuration.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for easy installation and removal of a screen assembly for vibratory machinery and more particularly to shake table screening. The screen assembly comprises a screen frame, a screen cloth and a screen bed, whereby no clamping components are visible on top of the screen. Each assembly section can be controlled independently and clamping force is controlled by a pneumatic regulator located near an air line connection on the side of a shaker.
Abstract:
A vibratory separator screen assembly, the screen assembly including a frame having a top surface and a bottom surface having a tapered recess configured to receive a locating element disposed on the vibratory separator. The system also includes a screen element
