PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for transcribing portions of a telephone conversation to text.SOLUTION: The method and system enables users to request transcription, e.g., by pressing a button on a mobile device, with the request transmitted to a server including transcription software. The server transcribes some or all of the telephone conversation to text, and transmits the text to the mobile device. The text data may be scanned to discriminate selected information, and only the selected information transmitted to the mobile device. The selected information may be automatically stored in memory of the mobile device, such as in an address book.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem with passive messaging systems where a called party typically has to perform one or more additional steps either during or subsequent to listening to a message, the additional steps being time consuming and/or burdensome for the called party, by satisfying a need to enhance messaging systems to perform actions on the basis of the contents of the message itself.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a messaging system that provides additional information to a user device after determining the content of at least some of a message. The messaging system includes a speech-to-X conversion module which retrieves the additional information on the basis of the content. An input-output module then transmits the message and the additional information to the user device.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and accumulate the content of customer reception performed via a plurality of different types of channels.SOLUTION: A customer reception support system 20 includes: a video chat server 22; an accumulation server 24; and a summarization server 26. The video chat server 22 accepts a dialog request with a counselor from a customer terminal 10, and notifies the counselor terminal 12, and when a text dialog service is designated in the dialog request, relays text data showing the dialog content of the customer and an operator between the customer terminal 10 and the counselor terminal 12. When a voice dialog service is designated in the dialog request, the accumulation server 24 accumulates the text data obtained by converting voice data showing the dialog content of the customer and the operator. The summarization server 26 summarizes and accumulates each of the text data accumulated by the accumulation server 24 and the text data relayed by the video chat server 22.
