A panel assembly has a bracket with support elements for mounting the bracket on a wall. First and second panels are attached to the bracket by a bracket hinge for pivotal movement about a first pivot axis relative to the bracket between a closed position and an open position. A panel hinge couples the first panel to the second panel for pivotal movement of the first panel relative to the second panel about a second pivot axis between open and closed positions. The pivot axes are angularly oriented.

The specification describes a front-facing terminal block 10 for mounting to a support bracket 12 that is affixed to telecommunication main distribution frame for interconnecting telephone equipment. The front facing terminal block 10 has a generally rectangular housing 14 with a top panel 16, rear panel 18, bottom panel 20 that extend between side panels 22 and 24 defining a front opening 28. A terminal field assembly 38, having an insulative panel 40 with an array of electrical terminal pins 50 formed therein, is pivotally mounted adjacent the forward end of the housing 18 for pivotal movement from a down position projecting into the front opening 28 to an upward position away from the front opening 28. The terminal pins 50 connected by wires to either 50-pin female receptacle ribbon connectors 98 or 64-pin female receptacle ribbon connectors 104 or a combination of the two. Such connectors 98 and 104 are adapted to be mounted within 50-pin apertures 98 and 64-pin apertures 88 that are interconnected and overlapping to form a generally enlarged rectangular multiple connector opening 76 illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5.

PURPOSE: A mobile communication relay with a moisture or an expanded air exhaust unit is provided to prevent damage by moisture or expanded air by discharging the moisture to the outside within a box. CONSTITUTION: A box(100) includes a through-hole(102) and embedded components. A door opens and closes the single opening of the box. A moisture or expanded air ventilation unit(300) is attached to the through-hole, is operated based on the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of a box and discharges the expanded air or the moisture within the box. The through-hole is formed in the lower side of the box. The moisture or expanded air ventilation unit is partly inserted in through-hole.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a plate, to which circuit components are attached, in a communication equipment box is provided to repair a circuit component without disassembling by forming a space to install circuit components at the inside of a plate using a hinge so that the plate can be rotated at the body of a box. CONSTITUTION: In a communication box comprising a cover(12) and accepting a plate(20), an operation part(50) is formed. The cover(12), connected to a side of a body(11), is rotated. The operation part(50), attached to the inner side of the body(11), rotates the plate(20) at a regular angle. The operation part(50), fixed to the inner side of the body(11), is composed of a fixing member(51), a slide chip(52), and a hinge(53). Inside of the fixing member(51), a slide groove(511) is formed. The slide chip(52) is mounted and moved on the slide groove(511). The hinge(53), attached to the end part of the slide chip(52), rotates the plate(20) at a regular angle.
