PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high productivity molding machine which allows a high speed injection molding operation by effectively controlling the thermal effect acting on a movable runner bushing corresponding to the runner section of the movable constitution and a valve pin running through within the runner bushing and its molding method. SOLUTION: The heat-treatment device for a runnerless molding machine for a thermosetting resin, rubber or the like comprises arranging a heating means within the valve pin 14 which heats the fluid raw material to its curing temperature, during the process the valve pin is closing the gate, or when the pin has closed the gate at the time of the closure in injection molding. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt for reducing a cost by simplifying a driving mechanism of a movable runner bush corresponding to a movably constructed runner component and by utilizing an existing another component. SOLUTION: The driving mechanism of a movable runner bush in a runner-less molding apparatus for a thermosetting resin and a rubber or the like utilizes a driving force generated on moving a molding machine and a stability of a spring mechanism compressed through a nozzle 24 by the driving force of the molding machine, as a driving source for moving the movable runner bush 11 in the front and in the rear. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin, a runnerless molding device for a rubber, etc., and its manufacturing method which prevents thermal conduction of a high molding temperature of a cavity at the time of molding operation to a runner part by keeping the gate isolated and opened for a longer time, eliminates a material loss to a sprue runner by forming a homogeneous temperature distribution in the runner, and takes effects to improve moldability and alleviate a load to the global environment by attempting to reduce the industrial wastes. SOLUTION: The device features that, at the time of conducting a heat treatment by installing a movable runner bush 15 which distributes fluidized materials which are maintained at a low temperature in an uncured and unvulcanized condition and supplied from an injection nozzle 31 in a temperature control bush 13 connecting with a gate 4 of a cavity 1 while allowing a free sliding, a heat insulation space A is formed by keeping a distance between the movable runner bush 15 and the gate 4, a valve pin 18 is inserted into the movable runner bush 15 while allowing a free moving, and the gate 4 can be opened and closed by operating the valve pin 18 in connection with the extraction operation of fluidized materials. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To afford an improved moldability and a load mitigation on global environment with reductions in a fabrication cost and industrial waste as well as material loss eradication of sprue runners, which are achieved by long distance separation from a gate so as to prevent high molding temperature of a cavity from conducting into a runner member and give the runner uniform temperature distribution during molding. SOLUTION: In a runner-less molding apparatus for a thermosetting resin, a rubber and the like, a movable runner bushing 15, which can circulate an uncured, unvulcanized and low temperature fluidized raw material supplied from an infusion nozzle 31, is slidably arranged into a temperature adjustment bushing 13 leading to a gate 4 of a cavity 1. During heat-treatment, a thermal insulating empty space A is formed by separating the distance between above-mentioned runner bushing 15 and the gate 4 and, a valve pin 18 is allowed to open and close the gate 4 in connection with a spouting operation by inserting the valve pin 18 with removability in the runner bushing 15. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening/closing mechanism using mold opening/closing actuating force, capable of opening/closing a valve without using an external controller and an air circuit by opening/closing the valve by the use of locomotion of a movable mold and a product ejecting mechanism as examples for driving.SOLUTION: This valve opening/closing mechanism using the mold opening/closing actuating force includes: recessed portions 14 on one side, provided in a fixed mold 1 and forming cavities; projecting portions 17 on the other side, formed on a core plate 16 provided in front of the movable mold 3, engaged with the recessed portions 14, and forming cavities; a movable plate 10 provided within the fixed mold 1 and having pressing force normally acting toward the recessed portions 14 in the fixed mold 1; valve pins 9 each having one end connected to the movable plate 10 and opening/closing gates; drive rods 15 provided in the movable mold 1 and provided to vertically installing the core plate 10; and insertion holes 13 for inserting the drive rods 15 and leading to the movable plate 10. The gates 8 leading to the cavities are opened/closed every time injection molding operation is performed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed control device for valve pins in an injection molder which decreases the speed of the valve pin during the time of gate blockade to protects gate damage in a high speed operation of the valve pin which opens and closes the valve gate of an injection molder, and also a speed control device for valve pins.SOLUTION: In the injection molder which makes a piston 4 on the head of a valve pin 3 which opens and closes a gate 2 reciprocate by working fluid within a cylinder 5 and blockades the melted resin in a cavity which communicates with the gate 2 in order to cool and solidify for fabricating at each time of injection operation, the speed control device for valve pins is characterized in that; by means of a discharge decreasing regulation mechanism A for the working fluid arranged between a working surface 4a of the working fluid toward the gate 2 side of the piston 4 and a passageway of the working fluid of the cylinder 5 facing the working surface 4a, the tip of the valve pin 3 decreases the passage volume from passageway of the working fluid of the cylinder 5 before entering an opening of the gate to delay the gate entering speed of the valve pin 3.
