    Abstract: A method of unifying radio accessing is disclosed, and the method involves: a multi-mode base station supporting multiple radio accessing standards in radio accessing network accesses a user equipment supporting multiple radio accessing standards to the network; and the data based on the multiple radio accessing standards is transmitted through a transmission carrier network between the multi-mode base station and other network nodes. A multi-mode base station is also disclosed, and the base station involves: multiple protocol processing units are used for processing the data based on different radio accessing standards respectively; an interface unit is used for processing the data outputted from the multiple protocol management units according to the transmission carrier protocol supported by the transmitting network and transmitting to the transmission network, and receiving and managing the data received from the transmission network, and transmitting to the corresponding protocol management unit. A radio network system is also disclosed at the same time.

    Abstract: A method, a device and a system for establishing a S1 signaling connection in the evolved mobile communication network are provided. The source base station eNodeB sends to the target eNodeB a handover request message, which carries the information of the S1 signaling connection parameters of the source eNodeB, so as to initiate the handover procedure of the user equipment UE to the target eNodeB; after the user equipment UE enters the target cell, the target eNodeB assigns the S1 signaling connection parameters of the new eNodeB, and sends the handover complete message to the evolved packet core EPC, wherein the handover complete message carries the S1 signaling connection parameters of the original eNodeB and the S1 signaling connection parameters of the new eNodeB; and the EPC receives the handover complete message carrying the new S1 signaling connection parameters and the original S1 signaling connection parameters. With the embodiment of the invention, the prior art problem that the target eNodeB couldn't establish the S1 signaling connection with the EPC after the UE performs the handover could be solved effectively.
