Abstract: The space ornament for furniture is manufactured by (a) making a mold having a cancave surface forming a space ornament, (b) laminating a first semi-transparent resin layer containing an organic pigment on the concave surface, and hardening it, (c) laminating a second semi-transparent resin layer, marking a partially coagulated pattern by spraying a compressed air to the resin layer, and hardening it, (d) laminating a colored layer containing an inorganic pigment on the pattern, (e) filling the vacant part of the concave part with a polyester resin, hardening it, and the separating the filled concave part from the mold.
Abstract translation: （a）制造具有形成空间装饰物的凹坑表面的模具，（b）在凹面上层叠含有有机颜料的第一半透明树脂层，使其硬化，（c） 层压第二半透明树脂层，通过向树脂层喷射压缩空气并使其硬化来标记部分凝固的图案，（d）在图案上层叠含有无机颜料的着色层，（e）填充空白部分 的凹部与聚酯树脂硬化，并将填充的凹部与模具分离。
