Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for providing customized content using location information when a user gets on/off a taxi and a method thereof are provided to find whether a user gets on/off a taxi and where the user gets on/off by recycling an existing infrastructure. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(112) receives a coordinate value of a reader which is in a taxi and an identifier of data received when a user gets on/off. A location information generating unit(113) selects a name in a map closest to the received coordinate value. A web interface unit(114) generates a web page including at least one image. A user information database(115) is made of a record which includes a serial number field and a device token field.
