PURPOSE: A structure for preventing disaster caused by earth and soil is provided to prevent negative influence on river water caused by earth leakage. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing disaster caused by earth and soil comprises a silt fence(10) and a trap(20). The silt fence is installed to block earth and soil leakage. The trap is installed to store earth and soil overflowing over the silt fence and comprises an earth receiving unit and a storage unit. The earth receiving unit is adjacent to the silt fence to guide the overflowing earth and soil. The storage unit stores the earth and soil guided from the earth receiving unit.

PURPOSE: A mobile telecom service system and a method using public frequency for an urgent situation or a public task are provided to perform a connection with a public institution stably against a call request in an emergency situation. CONSTITUTION: A base station(310) wirelessly communicates with a mobile communications terminal(100). In case a call connection request about the predetermined destination is received from the mobile communications terminal, a mobile switching center(320) uses allocable channel between the base station and the mobile communications terminal. An approval unit certifies the use of the public frequency band of the mobile communications terminal. The mobile switching center uses the channel of the wireless interval among service bands.

PURPOSE: A system, an apparatus and a method for providing a disaster alerting service based on a common service and a computer-readable medium with a program performing a function realizing the same are provided to prevent inefficient use of a frequency due to duplicate transmission of a disaster alerting service and prevent a cost increase of transmission network installation and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A system for providing a disaster alerting service based on a common service includes a disaster alerting assignee server(300), a service provider server(350), a multiplex business person server(400), and a receiver(500). The disaster alerting assignee server generates disaster alert. The service provider server provides a DMB service. The multiplex business person server combines the disaster alerting service generated based on disaster alert with DMB data and transmits it.

PURPOSE: An integrated infiltration sump is provided to reduce the construction period and cost by establishing a prefabricated structure rather than assembling the structure in the site. CONSTITUTION: An integrated infiltration sump comprises an infiltration sump main body(100), a first finished part(110), and a second finished part(120). The infiltration sump main body is opened on the top and the bottom to let rainwater in. The first finished part is connected to the infiltration sump main body by a plurality of connectors(108), surrounding the outside of the infiltration sump main body with a gap in which rubble(130) is filled. The second finished part is located outside of the first finished part with a gap in which sand(132) is filled.

An overseas emergency coping support system using personal information and a method thereof are provided to enable a foreign emergency support system and a foreign emergency support method to request an emergency service to the interior of a country through an international communication network. An emergency request call originated from the overseas is received through an international communication network(S40). After grasping identity of an emergency target person from emergency request contents, information of the emergency target person is inquired in an emergency target person DB(S60). After grasping a region of a country where the emergency target person locates, emergency coping departure is requested to a terminal installed in an emergency agency located in a region of a corresponding country(S70).

A method for assessing bridge integrity for scour is provided to assess the integrity of the bridge rapidly by measuring changes in a first-mode specific frequency of the bridge caused by corrosion. A method for assessing bridge integrity for scour comprises the steps of measuring an impact signal by heating a spot of an upper end of the bridge(S120), measuring vibration response signals for the impact from at least three spots(S130), measuring a frequency transfer function based on excitation, which is caused by the impact of the bridge, and the response signals(S140), and measuring a first mode specific frequency and a mode shape through a mode analysis program based on the frequency transfer function.

A method and a system for managing disasters are provided to check a status of people to be rescued from a disaster site quickly, and organize input resources and rescue equipment fit for the disaster site quickly/correctly by linking with a communication network. A list maker(52) makes a rescue target list of people to be rescued based on received person information. A message processor generates and transmits a message related to a rescue request to clients found in a disaster site. A controller(62) receives the information of the clients not responding to the message and responding to the message through a network, transfers the received information to the list maker, and controls transmission of the rescue target list. The list maker makes an expected rescue target list by receiving the information of the clients found in the disaster site from the communication network, and makes the rescue target list by correcting the initial list based on the information of the clients responding to the message or not responding to the message. The message processor includes a message storing part(56), a message generator(58), and a message transmitter(60).
