Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transfer device for coat hanger manufacturing apparatus is provided to automatically align multiple hangers on an aligning bar. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device for coat hanger manufacturing apparatus comprises a table(10), an alignment unit(20), an alignment unit driver(30), a transfer unit(40), a transfer unit driver(50), and a controller. The alignment unit is installed on the upper part of the table and arranges coat hangers(1) manufactured by a mold(3). The alignment unit driver transfers the coat hangers, which are hung on one side of the alignment unit, to the other side of the alignment unit. The transfer unit transfers the coat hangers aligned in the alignment unit to a hanger jig(4). The transfer unit driver is installed between the upper part of the table and the transfer unit. The controller controls the alignment unit driver, the transfer unit, and the transfer unit driver.

본 발명은 유한차분 시간영역법에서 두께가 얇은 세 개의 유전체판이 포함된 Yee 셀을 해석하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 전체크기에 비해 아주 얇은 세 개의 유전체판이 포함되어 있는 구조를 유한차분 시간영역법을 이용하여 해석할 때보다 효율적으로 해석을 할 수 있도록 해주는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A double-faced wiper for a glass window is provided to quickly and safely wipe the glass window by wiping an inner glass and an outer glass simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A clamp(21) has a holder fixed to a vertical window frame(1), a rubber pad, and a fixed pad. A vertical feeding unit is installed at one side of the clamp, and has a plurality of vertical supporting bars(22,23,24). A slider is inserted into the smallest vertical supporting bar, and moves up/down. A couple of horizontal feeding units are fixed to one side of the slider, and have a plurality of horizontal supporting bars(41,42,43). A couple of wires are installed at the inside of the slider, and are wound/unwound around a windup spring. Glass wipers(6,6') are installed at the horizontal supporting bars, and have a handle(61).

PURPOSE: A pulp molding device is provided which is characterized by washing the remnants of pulp got in holes cleanly, improving suction force, forming a pulp layer uniformly, pressurizing and heating a formed material until the formed material is dried entirely by various molds and preventing warp and a crevice to produce high-quality buffering-material. CONSTITUTION: The pulp molding device is comprised of: a revolving tube(11) revolved by a motor; a pipe inserted into the revolving tube(11), connected to a pump(17a) for spraying water and a pump(17b) for sucking on both sides, inserting a blow tube connected to a pump(17c) for spraying air and communicated to a water nozzle, a suction hole and a blow hole pierced on the revolving tube(11); a rectangular frame(14) installed on the outside of the revolving tube(11); suction molds(15) which are installed on the outside of the rectangular frame(14) on all sides, containing a protruding part piercing many holes; connecting tubes communicating the suction molds(15) to the holes formed on the revolving tube(11); a suction part formed on the lowest suction molds(15) and steeped in a tank(18) filled with the pulp(18a); an upper mold(22) set up on the upper part of the suction part and elevated by a cylinder(21); a pressurizing groove which is formed on the upper mold(22), having a shape according to the protruding part and containing a heating device; many holes pierced on the pressurizing groove and connected with a pump(17d) sucking and spraying repeatedly; a moving mold(32) installed on a guide rail(31a) and moved by a cylinder(31) horizontally; and a protruding part forming many holes, installed on the moving mold(32) and connected with the pump(17d).

PURPOSE: A fence is provided to remove the occurrence of corrosion in joint area, and improve the exterior appearance, and reduce the term of work, and maintain the good condition in the long time. CONSTITUTION: A fence comprises a lateral bar(4), a solid(7) and gas-foaming agent(8). The manufacturing method for fence comprises the steps of; inserting the glass-fiber into the forming device, and forming in rectangular pipe shape; cutting the rectangular pipe by cutter, and then completing lateral bar; punching the lateral bar to make holes using drill in the same shape with the solid; inserting the solid which is formed using the glass-fiber reinforcing-plastic into the hole of lateral bar; and closing the one end of lateral bar, and then projecting gas-foaming poly-urethane resins into the lateral bar in the other end.
