    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer device for coat hanger manufacturing apparatus is provided to automatically align multiple hangers on an aligning bar. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device for coat hanger manufacturing apparatus comprises a table(10), an alignment unit(20), an alignment unit driver(30), a transfer unit(40), a transfer unit driver(50), and a controller. The alignment unit is installed on the upper part of the table and arranges coat hangers(1) manufactured by a mold(3). The alignment unit driver transfers the coat hangers, which are hung on one side of the alignment unit, to the other side of the alignment unit. The transfer unit transfers the coat hangers aligned in the alignment unit to a hanger jig(4). The transfer unit driver is installed between the upper part of the table and the transfer unit. The controller controls the alignment unit driver, the transfer unit, and the transfer unit driver.
