    Abstract: The fiber treating agent is composed of chitosan, collagen, amino silicone or ethylene vinyl acetate germicide, deodorizer and dyeing agent, etc. In example, the functional fiber is treated with the treating agent composed of 50% ethylene vinyl acetate, 30% water, 5% deodorizer, 2% bactericidal agent, 9% ceramic fine particle, 30% chitosan/collagen compound and 1% thickener. The fiber treating agent has a good sterilization and deodorizing characteristic.

The bottom ends of the fixing bolts are buried in the top surfaces of piers(1). The vertical beams are fixed to the top surfaces of the piers through the fixing bolts. The horizontal support beam is fixed to the top surfaces of the vertical beams. The strands penetrate through the first through holes of the vertical beams and the second through holes of the horizontal support beam and are tightened using fixing nuts(71).
