Abstract: An electric ondol panel is provided to increase the temperature of the electric ondol panel by more than 15 percent as compared with a conventional product by improving the thermal conductivity. In an electric ondol panel, an upper plate member(11) is installed at the lower end thereof. An insulation layer(12) is installed on the upper surface of the upper plate member. A yellow earth layer(13) is installed on the upper surface of the insulation layer. The yellow earth layer emits far-infrared rays. A bonding layer(14) is coated on the lower end of a surface heat radiating body(15) to generate a higher temperature. The bonding layer is formed by mixing coal emitting far-infrared rays with salt with a high electrical conductivity. A lower plate member(16) is installed on the upper surface of the surface heat radiating body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dedicated lane violation vehicle reporting system and its method are provided to contribute to the settlement of dedicated lane with minimum effort of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(20) comprises a GPS receiver(24) which is installed in a navigation vehicle being allowed to drive a dedicated lane receives coordinates from a camera(22) and a GPS satellite(30). The GPS satellite provides coordinates of the present position to the mobile terminal. A web server(40) manages dedicated lane violation vehicle information from a qualified member of the navigation vehicle. A traffic processing server(50) judges the violation on the ground of the violation vehicle information and imposes penalty to the violation vehicle.
