Abstract: 본 발명은 조리기구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 조리부를 지지하는 원통형 지지대 내부에 고정돌부를 형성하여 손잡이를 박아 넣음으로써 별도의 체결부재 없이도 견고하게 손잡이를 고정할 수 있고, 구조가 복잡하지 않고 간편하게 결합가능한 구조로 이루어진 조리기구에 관한 것이다.
즉, 조리부 일측에 연장 형성되는 지지대에 손잡이가 결합되는 조리기구에 있어서, 상기 지지대는 판상의 금속재와 상기 판상의 금속재 선단부 양측 소정구간에 수직으로 형성되는 고정돌부로 구성되되, 상기 판상의 금속재를 원통형으로 말아 상기 고정돌부가 원통 내부에 위치하도록 하여 결합부를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이는 상기 결합부 내에서 고정돌부가 손잡이 외측 둘레에서 내측으로 파고드는 형태로 상기 결합부에 강제 삽입되어 고정되도록 하는 조리기구를 특징으로 한다.
