Abstract:
본 발명은 목질계 및 비목질계 폐기물을 재활용하여 목질 흡음재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 목질 파티클에 합성수지 접착제를 무게비로 약 5 내지 30% 투입하여 교반하는 단계와, 접착제와 교반된 목질 파티클을 매트로 성형하는 단계 및 매트를 주면에 다수의 배출구멍이 형성된 성형틀내에 넣고, 지름이 서로 다른 다수의 코어핀들을 상호간에 동축을 이루도록 각각 갖는 상·하 카울을 대향되게 개재한 뒤, 그 상·하부에서 프레스로 압착하는 단계로 이루어지며, 압착단계는 약 140 내지 240℃ 온도에서 약 20 내지 40㎏/㎠의 압력으로 적어도 5분 이상 수행된다. 본 발명 방법은 저비중 후판이면서도 충분한 자체강도를 갖는 목질보드를 제공할 수 있음은 물론 공명기를 조성함에 의해 현저한 흡음율 향상을 가져온다. 이에 따라 종래의 유해한 유리섬유나 암면 및 석고보드 등의 단열, 흡음재를 대체하여 인체에 무해한 환경친화적 내외장재로 적용될 수 있다. 파티클 보드, 목질 흡음재, 공명구멍, 흡음율

PURPOSE: A woody vessel filled with a woody medium for culturing herb flowers and leafy vegetables and a solid medium for the nutriculture are provided, thereby providing the optimal growth condition for the herb flowers and leafy vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A woody vessel for culturing herb flowers and leafy vegetables is filled with a woody medium, wherein the woody vessel is prepared by mixing wood powder of 10 to 200 meshes with adhesive resin in a weight ratio of 60:40 to 80:20, and heat-pressing the mixture thereof in a vessel-shaped mold, and the woody medium is prepared by adsorbing organic and inorganic nutrients to wood powder of 10 to 100 meshes and maturing the mixture thereof; and the adhesive resin is urea resin or phenol resin. A solid medium for the nutriculture is prepared by mixing wood powder of 10 to 300 meshes with a natural adhesive agent in a weight ratio of 70:30 and heat-pressing the mixture thereof in a flat board-shaped mold.

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a high functional natural pattern timber which prevents the characteristics of a natural timber like high absorptivity, high weatherability, fissure or so on so that it is rapped at furnishings materials with keeping natural beauty of the natural timber. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the high functional natural pattern timber comprises the steps of: (i) inhibiting the change in size generated when water content of the natural pattern timber is changed, infiltrating the natural pattern timber to a filler to fill cellular aperture of the natural pattern timber and drying the natural pattern timber; (ii) infiltrating the size-stabilized natural pattern timber to aqueous solution of a preservation treatment agent; and (iii) coating to the surface of the natural pattern timber.

PURPOSE: A woody sound-absorbing materials manufacturing method is provided having high sound-absorbing power and appropriate thermal insulation efficiency and is harmless to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A woody sound-absorbing materials manufacturing method by recycling woody and non-woody wastes comprises the steps of; stirring after injecting synthetic resinous adhesives to woody particles at a weight ratio of 5 to 30 percent; shaping the woody particle stirred with the adhesive to a mat(9); putting the mat to a molding frame(1) provided with many exhaust holes(2), and interposing upper and lower cowls(5,7) containing core pins(6,8) having a different diameter respectively to form the same axle reciprocally, to face each other, then compressing with presses(3, 4) on the upper and lower parts.

A hepatoprotective composition comprising pectolinarin or pectolinarigenin is provided to reduce the concentration of AST, ALT, ALP and LDH, and to suppress lipid oxidation by lowering the amount of malondialdehide, and to improve a hepato-protective effect and antioxidant effect by increasing the concentration of GSH, GR, GCS, GST and SOD. A hepatoprotective composition comprises pectolinarin represented by the chemical formula 1 or pectolinarigenin represented by the chemical formula 2. The pectolinarin is separated from leaf of Cirsium setidens. The pectolinarigenin is obtained by acid-hydrolyzing the pectolinarin. The daily dose of pectolinarin and pectolinarigenin is 5-20 mg/kg, preferably 10-20 mg/kg.

A skin topical composition for preventing skin aging contains 0.01-1 ppm of epidermal growth factor, 0.01-1 ppm of fibroblast growth factor, 1.0-5.0 wt.% of hydrolyzed placental extract, 0.1-2.0 wt.% of glabridin, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of coenzyme Q10 and 0.1-2.0 wt.% of extensin N-200 as vegetable collagen.
