콘케이브(conecave)가 안정적으로 지지되고 편심 회전되는 맨틀에 대하여 고정된 위치를 유지함으로써 골재의 파쇄효율이 증진되도록 한 콘크러셔의 콘케이브 구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 고안 콘 케이브는 플랜지(151)의 저면에 잭킹바(220)에 결합되는 오목홈(152)이 형성되 한 것으로써, 콘 케이브(150)의 플랜지(151) 저면에 오목홈(152)을 형성시켜서 잭킹바(220)의 단부에 결합되어 지지되도록 함으로써, 콘 케이브(150)가 안정적으로 잭킹바(220)에 지지될 수 있게 할 뿐만 아니라 맨틀(30)이 편심 회전될때 콘 케이브(150)가 회전되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하여 골재의 파쇄효율을 높일 수 있게 한다. 콘 크러셔, 콘 케이브, 오목홈, 견인돌기

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for producing recycled aggregate and sand by removing cement paste and mortar from waste concrete so that the recycled aggregate and sand are used as aggregate and sand for ready-mixed concrete are provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a crushing and foreign material removing unit(100) for crushing the waste concrete to a certain size and removing foreign materials from the crushed waste concrete; first impact crusher(110) comprising rotor to which the crushed waste concrete is supplied, and which rotates the crushed waste concrete, and an anvil with which waste concrete radially discharged by rotary power of the rotor is collided so as to remove concrete paste and mortar stuck to the surface of aggregate and between prominence and depression of aggregate; first vibration sorter(111) for sorting the aggregate, concrete paste and mortar crushed in the first impact crusher into certain sized sand and aggregate; second impact crusher(112) comprising rotor to which the sorted aggregate is supplied, and which rotates the sorted aggregate, and an anvil with which concrete radially discharged by rotary power of the rotor is collided so as to remove again concrete paste and mortar stuck to the surface of aggregate and between prominence and depression of aggregate; and second vibration sorter(113) for sorting the secondly crushed aggregate, concrete paste and mortar into certain sized sand and aggregate.

폐기물매립지내에별도로조성된바이오셀과협력하여유기성폐기물을자원화하는시스템및 그방법이제공된다. 유기성폐기물자원화시스템은매립된폐기물로부터가스연료를생산하기위한시설을구비하는바이오셀과협력하여하폐수슬러지등과같은유기성폐기물을자원화한다. 이시스템을이용하여, 폐기물매립지를안정화시키고사후관리기간을대폭단축하며, 가스연료의생산을촉진시킬수 있고, 에너지사용량을줄일수 있고경제성이있는방식으로하폐수슬러지를가용화할수 있다. 또한, 유기성폐기물처리를위한신규플랜트설치에따른경제적비용및 민원제기요소를최소화할수 있다.

본 발명은 폐콘크리트의 순환골재 생산을 위한 고속 콘크라셔의 파쇄물 자동공급장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐콘크리트의 굵은 순환골재 생산을 위한 고속 콘크라셔에 자동으로 공급되는 파쇄물을 투입 및 차단하여 항상 일정한 양의 파쇄물을 수용하여 파쇄함으로써, 콘크라셔의 특성에 맞는 파쇄 효과를 갖게 하는 폐콘크리트의 순환골재 생산을 위한 고속 콘크라셔의 파쇄물 자동공급장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐콘크리트의 순환골재 생산을 위한 고속 콘크라셔의 파쇄물 자동공급장치는, 폐콘크리트 원료를 200mm의 크기로 파쇄하는 1차 죠크라셔와, 상기 1차 죠크라셔에 의해 파쇄된 200mm크기의 파쇄물을 100mm이하의 크기로 파쇄하는 2차 죠크라셔와, 상기 2차 죠크라셔에 의해 파쇄된 100mm이하의 파쇄물을 통과시켜 25mm이상의 파쇄물을 분리하는 진동스크린과, 상기 진동스크린에 의해 분리된 25mm이상의 파쇄물을 고속으로 파쇄하는 3차 콘크라셔를 포함하는 폐콘크리트의 순환골재 생산을 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 진동스크린에 설치된 상부 스크린을 통과한 25mm이상인 오버사이즈의 파쇄물을 제2 공급컨베이어로 이송시키는 제1 공급컨베이어와, 상기 진동스크린에 설치된 하부 스크린을 통과한 10~25mm 사이즈의 파쇄물을 제품이송컨베이어 또는 서지빈으로 이송시키는 방향전환수단과, 상기 방향전환수단으로부터 공급되는 파쇄물을 일시 저장할 수 있도록 내부에 저장공간이 마련되어 있는 서지빈과, 상기 서지빈으로부터 낙하되는 파쇄물을 공급받아 상기 3차 콘크라셔로 이송시키는 제2 공급컨베이어와, 상기 서지빈의 하부 일측에 개폐 가능하게 설치되어 상기 서지빈 내에 저장된 파쇄물을 공급 또는 차단시키는 개폐수단과, 상기 3차 콘크라셔의 내부 일측에 설치되어 3차 콘크라셔의 내부에 공급된 파쇄물의 만재 여부를 감지하는 감지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating combustible wastes which includes: an upper and lower transfer conveyer belts (10), (20) joined to a support frame (200) to be formed; a rake for rotational driving (40) which rotates to separate combustible wastes from incombustible wastes; rakes for rotational driving (70) which are independently arranged on each of a triplet of supports (60), mounted on a support frame (200), to rotate in the direction perpendicular to the direction of vibration rollers (50) installed on a lower surface of the lower transfer conveyer belt (20) and a transferring direction; and an air knife (90) which transfers the separated combustible wastes to a combustible waste transfer conveying belt (80).

PURPOSE: A carbonation processing method and an apparatus are provided to manage pH of a recycled aggregate by carbonating the recycled aggregate with carbon dioxide by using a silo storing method which has a high treating efficient compared to a conventional technique. CONSTITUTION: A carbonation processing method comprises the following steps. The carbon dioxide gas is flowed in into the conical shape aggregate exhausting part(110) of the discrete chamber where the carbon dioxide gas supplied through the carbon dioxide gas supply tube(111) is positioned in the top in the state where the recycled aggregate is put into the discrete chamber positioned in the top of the multistage structured perpendicularity storage chamber(10). After the recycled aggregate filled with within the discrete chamber is contacted with the carbon dioxide gas and it is made carbonic acid with the first it is ejected to the infra positioned discrete chamber while the carbon dioxide gas rises from the lower part of the multi-stage perpendicularity storage chamber to top. The recycled aggregate again contacts with the carbon dioxide gas supplied through the conical shape aggregate exhausting part and the recycled aggregate put into the downside discrete chamber is additionally made carbonic acid, and thus pH is degraded. The carbon dioxide gas after contacting the recycled aggregate is discharged through the carbon dioxide gas discharge pipe(121) and it is collected to the collecting gas tub(21) to circulate through the carbon dioxide gas supply tube. PURPOSE: A neutralizing apparatus of movable circulation aggregate is provided to promote carbon dioxide gas contact neutralization of circulation aggregate by contacting the circulation aggregate and carbon dioxide gas more frequently after spraying the carbon dioxide gas from a mixer shaft. CONSTITUTION: A neutralizing apparatus of movable circulation aggregate includes a circulation aggregate inlet, a gas supply hole and a mixer. The mixer(13) promotes neutralization of the circulation aggregate. The mixer includes a rotary shaft and an agitating vane. A carbon dioxide gas supply flow path is formed inside the rotary shaft. A carbon dioxide gas discharge nozzle is formed on the exterior of the rotary shaft. The carbon dioxide gas is sprayed through the carbon dioxide gas discharge nozzle.
