Abstract: 본 발명은 고분자복합체의 강도보강제로 사용되는 층간 삽입된 유기화한 층상 실리케이트와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 층상 실리케이트에 아민, 양이온성 및 중성 템플레이트를 층간 삽입시켜 층간을 넓힘으로서 고분자복합체 제조시 고분자물질이 층 사이에 원활하게 삽입되어 강도보강제 역할을 가능케 하는 층간 삽입된 유기화한 층상 실리케이트와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A process of producing instant soybean paste soup containing kelp by freeze-drying kelp, soybean paste, potatoes, green onion, anchovy extract, short-necked clam extract, onion powder and garlic powder is provided. The produced instant soybean paste soup has a low volume and excellent restoring force in hot water and is conveniently cooked. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 40 to 46.6% by weight of kelp with a length of 3 to 4cm, 36 to 38% by weight of soybean paste, 5.2 to 6% by weight of potatoes, 3 to 4% by weight of green onion, 3 to 4% by weight of anchovy extract, 3 to 4% by weight of kelp extract, 3 to 3.7% by weight of short-necked clam extract, 0.1 to 0.15% by weight of onion powder with 100 to 150meshes and 0.1 to 0.15% by weight of garlic powder is freeze dried at -75deg.C. A lump of the product is heated in 300ml boiling water for 3 to 4min to eat.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A layered sodium silicate is provided which has effect of strength reinforcement of polymer material by inserting amine, cationic or neutral templates into an interlayer of the lamella silicate, thereby widening the interlayer of the lamella silicate, and a method for preparing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing layered sodium silicate for reinforcing strength of polymer composite comprises the steps of mixing a neutral, amine, non-ionic or cationic surfactant as template with layered sodium silicate so that the template is reacted with the layered sodium silicate; and synthesizing the interlayer inserted silicate complex, wherein the neutral template is long chained alkyl amine oxide, wherein the amine template is dodecyl amine, tetradecyl amine, hexadecyl amine, or octadecylamine, wherein the non-ionic surfactant template is polyoxyethylenelaurylether, polyoxyethylene acetylether, or polyoxyethylene stearylether, wherein the cationic surfactant template is hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide or hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, wherein and layers are formed in such a way that polymer material is smoothly inserted into an interlayer, and a gap between the layers is 2 to 4.6 nm when preparing a polymer composite by inserting surfactant into an interlayer of the lamella silicate.
