Abstract: PURPOSE: An implant is usable as a fixing support for fixedly connecting artificial teeth and fracture parts of the bone. CONSTITUTION: An implant comprises a fixture inserted into the gum born, and an abutment connected to the fixture and serves as an artificial tooth. The implant fixture is immediately loadable and controllable in expansion. The implant can be inserted due to expansion even when it is manufactured in a rectangular form. The bottom of the implant fixture may be removably provided in the body. The implant fixture has a projection of the screw head of the expansion screw to block the leakage between the upper and lower parts of the implant fixture, thus preventing permeation of bacteria in the mouth into the gap and thereby controlling the infection.
