Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, which contains culture medium of adult stem cell or its fraction is provided to minimize problem of stem cells and prevent side effects caused by injection of stem cells into the human body. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating contains culture of adult stem cells or its fraction as an active ingredient. The culture of adult stem cells is supernatant obtained by centrifuging, concentrate of the supernatant or freeze-dried product of the supernatant. A culture medium of the adult stem cells is obtained through sub-culture of the adult stem cell in serum medium then culturing in serum-free medium. The serum medium is DMEM containing 1-2 Mm glutamine, 0,5-1 mM sodium pyruvate, 0.1-10% of FBS, 1% of antibiotics(100 IU/ml), and 1-4.5 g/L of glucose. The serum-free medium is mixture medium of DMEM and Ham's F-12.

Abstract: A method for producing the human growth factor massively, and a cosmetic composition containing the culture solution obtained by the method are provided to produce the human growth factor of high activity massively from the mesenchyme stem cell. A method for producing the human growth factor massively comprises the step of producing the human growth factor from the culture medium of mesenchyme stem cell isolated from the human marrow, the umbilical cord blood or the placenta tissue. Preferably the mesenchyme stem cell is cultured in a serum culture medium, and is subcultured in a serum-free culture medium.

Abstract: A cosmetic composition containing a fibroblast growth factor is provided to improve skin wrinkles, enhance safety of fibroblast growth factor by separating it from adipocytes, and avoid titer lowering of fibroblast growth factor by stabilizing it with hydrophilic polymer resin. The cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles and inhibiting skin aging contains the fibroblast growth factor, wherein the amount of the fibroblast growth factor is 0.00000001 to 0.001%(w/v); the composition further contains one component selected from hydrophilic polymer resin, multivalent alcohol and UV screen; the hydrophilic polymer resin is acrylate copolymer, allyl acrylate copolymer or alkyl acrylate copolymer and has molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 dalton; the multivalent alcohol is glycerol, butyleneglycol, propyleneglycol or polyoxyethylene; the pH of the composition is 6-9; and the composition is formulated as nutrition cream, massage cream, essence or pack.
