    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electromagnetic chuck connection switch for a mobile crane is provided to facilitate the replacement of an electromagnet with the magnetism weakened, thereby reducing maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic chuck connection switch for a mobile crane comprises a first member(10) and a second member(10'). The first member is connected to a terminal(30) of a cable drawn out from a battery of a mobile crane and embedded with a magnet(12). The second member is coupled with the first member by the magnetic force generated by the magnet and transmits power from the battery to the electromagnetic chuck of the mobile crane. The first member comprises an assembled band formed of a pair of rectangular parallelepipeds coupled opposite to each other, a circular hole formed by the assembled band, a ball protruded on a part of the interior of the hole, and a magnet. The leading end of the second member is inserted in the hole and has a hole on a side thereof in which the ball of the first member is inserted.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic chuck of a cargo crane is provided to reinforce the magnetic force of an electromagnetic chuck by reinforcing the strength of the magnetic field of an inner corner and an outer corner of the electromagnetic chuck and an edge of a core. In an electromagnetic chuck, a core(22) on which a coil(21) is wound is positioned in a case(10). The core or the case is rectangular. The magnetism at a weak magnetic force distributing portion in the electromagnetic chuck is reinforced by attaching the core, the case, or a connecting unit formed of the same material as the core. The connecting unit is an extension member(31) having a plate-like bar shape. One end of the extension member is attached to a corner of the core and the other end thereof is attached to the corner of the case to connect the core and the case.
