Abstract:
A fastening device is provided for fastening a pipe to a support structure. The fastening device includes a clamping device having at least two clamp segments rotatably connected to each other such that the clamping device is mountable and unmountable on a circumference of the pipe by rotating the clamp segments relative to each other. The fastening device further includes at least one thermal insulating element, wherein the thermal insulating element is arranged between the clamp segment and the pipe, the thermal insulating element being fixedly attached to the clamp segment. The fastening device further includes an attachment device configured to fixedly attach the fastening device to the support structure. A system for fixating at least one pipe is also provided.
Abstract:
A method for the preparation of a composite article containing aerogel particles and ceramic fibers, as well as to a composite article obtained by this method, are described.

A method for the preparation of a composite article containing aerogel particles, graphite and ceramic and/or glass fibers, as well as to a composite article obtained by this method, are described.
Abstract:
A flexible material for thermal and acoustical insulation comprising an expanded polymer (blend) based on at least one elastomer, wherein expansion is achieved by decomposition of a mixture of at least two chemical blowing agents, comprising the exothermic chemical blowing agent 4,4′-Oxybis(benzenesulfonyl hydrazide) (OBSH) and at least one endothermic blowing agent.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to an expanded polymeric material which consists of at least 150 phr, preferably at least 180 phr, but less than 500 phr ingredients in total, comprising 100 phr of at least two polymers, of which at least 40 phr is at least one polyolefin homopolymer and at least 20 phr is at least one styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer (TPE-s), the process of manufacturing such a material and the use of such a material.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to insulation assemblies that may be wrapped around conduits or other structures to form an in insulated conduit assembly. The insulation assembly may include an outer jacket and a plurality of trapezoidal insulation segments coupled to the inside surface thereof. The trapezoidal insulation segments, which may be formed from closed-cell foam, conform to the shape of the conduit when wrapped thereon. Related methods are also provided.
