The cushion part includes: a first base cloth 116; a second base cloth 118; and an inflator insertion port 110 formed to penetrate the first base cloth and the second base cloth. The inflator is inserted into near the center of the cushion part with the base cloth along the longitudinal direction. The first base cloth has an elliptic first hole part 122 constituting the inflator insertion hole and having a long axis along the longitudinal direction of the inflator. The second base cloth has a substantially circular second hole part 124 overlapping the first hole part and having a diameter shorter than the long axis of the first hole part. The second hole part is provided in the first hole part on a tip 108a side of the inflator in the longitudinal direction (arrow L1).
