Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixture comprising an organic fiber for reinforcement and also having improved characteristics, particularly tensile strength (bending and direct tensile stress), as compared to a concrete mixture produced by a conventional technology. SOLUTION: The concrete mixture is obtained by mixing a composition in which the organic fiber is dispersed and which contains (a) cement, (b) 20-60 mass% granular material based on a cement matrix, (c) a fine material by a pozzolanic reaction, (d) at least one kind of a dispersant in addition to the organic fiber with water. In addition, (1) the granular material (b) has a maximum particle size of 2 mm at the maximum, (2) the fine material by the pozzolanic reaction in the composition has a material particle size of 20 μm at the maximum, and further in addition, (3) the weight percentage of the water to an added weight of the cement (a) and the fine pozzolanic reaction material (c) is within a range of 8-25%, (4) the organic fiber has an individual length of at least 2 mm and I/ϕ ratio (ϕ is a fiber diameter) of at least 20, (5) the fiber is used in such an amount that its volume is 8% of a concrete volume after coagulation at the maximum and (6) the ratio R of an average fiber length L and the maximum particle size D of the granular material is at least 5. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mix comprising an organic fiber for reinforcement and particularly having improved tensile strength (bending and direct tensile strength) compared to concrete mix produced by a conventional technology. SOLUTION: The concrete mix is obtained by dispersing an organic fiber and mixing water with a composition comprising (a) cement, (b) a granular element comprising 20-60 mass% of cement matrix, (c) a fine element with a pozzolanic reaction and (d) at least a dispersing agent in addition to the organic fiber, wherein the granular element (b) has 2 mm particle diameter at the maximum and the fine element (c) with pozzolanic reaction has 20 μm particle diameter at the maximum. Further, the weight percentage of water to the added weight of the cement (a) and the fine pozzolanic reaction element (c) is in the range between 8% and 25% and the organic fiber has an individual length I of at least 2 mm and an I/ψ ratio, (ψ) being the fiber diameter, of at least 20. Abstract:
The invention relates to a cutting wheel of a tunnel boring machine comprising at least one material discharge opening (5), said discharge opening (5) being delimited by a circumferential wall (10), the cutting wheel (3) being characterized in that it further comprises at least one ultrasonic emitter (6) configured to generate a mechanical vibratory motion in a range of ultrasonic frequencies, said emitter (6) being fixed against the circumferential wall (10) so as to transmit the mechanical vibratory motion to the vibrating circumferential wall (10) and to reduce its coefficient of friction.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a system for accessing content stored on at least one server (5) of a secure local area network (20) from a device (1), said device (1) being connected to the local area network (20) via the Internet network (10), the system being characterised in that it comprises at least one publication server (3) connected to the device (1) via the Internet network (10) and an aggregation server (4) connected to said server (5) via the local area network (20); and in that, when the publication server (3) receives a request from the device (1) for access to said content of the server (5), the request comprising at least one valid connection identifier, said publication server (3) is capable of establishing a secure connection with said aggregation server (4); and in that the aggregation server (4) implements a content aggregation engine capable of collecting content from the server (5) via said local area network (20) on request, and of aggregating and then transmitting said collected content to the publication server (3). The present invention further concerns content transfer methods.
