PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and an operation method thereof for determining whether to execute a control command on the basis of duration of a touch signal or contact area on a touch display panel which is pressed.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a touch display panel, a panel touch control unit, and an image adjustment unit. The panel touch control unit is electrically connected to the touch display panel. The image adjustment unit is electrically connected to the touch display panel. During operation, the touch display panel includes a content display area and a touch menu area that are capable of size adjustment. The panel touch control unit adjusts size of the touch menu area on the basis of a received touch signal. The touch display panel generates the touch signal on the basis of contact area. The image adjustment unit adjusts a size of the content display area on the basis of an adjustment signal generated by the panel touch control unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement mechanism with which costs are saved and an assembling process is simplified. SOLUTION: The engagement mechanism suitable for being assembled in a device having a housing is provided. The engagement mechanism includes a post, a latch element, a plunger assembly, and an operation element. The latch element has at least one opening. The plunger assembly is arranged on one side of the latch element. The operation element is connected to the latch element. When the operation element is at a lock position, the post passes through the opening, presses the plunger assembly and is limited by the latch element. When the operation element moves to a non-lock position, the operation element drives the latch element and moves it horizontally in relation to the post, the latch element releases the post from limiting. SOLUTION: The heat bonding film includes a hot-melt adhesive film and a protective layer disposed on the hot-melt adhesive film. The hot-melt adhesive film exhibits adhesive power after being heated. While the outer surface of the protective layer is heated, the heat bonding film is attached to an object to be adhered by the adhesive power generated by the hot-melt adhesive film. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a fan preventing noise that is audible to a user. SOLUTION: The control method is for adjusting a rotational speed of the fan. The method includes adjusting the rotational speed of the fan within a range of rotational speed change from a first mode value, and adjusting the rotational speed change of the fan within the range of rotational speed change within a time. An upper limit of the range of rotational speed change is determined by adding a first change value to a second mode value, and a lower limit of the range of rotational speed change is determined by subtracting a second change value from the second mode value. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out put image adjusting method and device for making an adjustment so as to control a video obtaining device in order to obtain images within a target region by selecting the target region from an original frame, thereby attaining an object for improving image resolution of a target object. SOLUTION: There is provided an output image adjusting method and device. The method is to select a target frame received by an image receiving device and besides obtain an image within the target region by controlling an image obtaining device. Accordingly, a user can change angles at which the images within various target regions are seen without turning a lens of a video device. Further, the image resolution is adjusted automatically depending on display screen resolution of the image receiving device and on the resolution corresponding to a network band width. Consequently, such defects in conventional art as susceptibility of a mechanical operation to damage and high production cost are eliminated. SOLUTION: A portable electronic device of the present invention comprises a main body, a display unit and a pressing type keyboard. The main body includes a data process module, and the display unit is mounted on the main body. The pressing type keyboard includes a center point and a plurality of keys and is mounted on the main body proximately to the display unit. When each of the keys becomes proximate to the center point, the distal end of said key protruding on the main body becomes higher.
