Abstract: PURPOSE: To safely operate a rivet setting tool by providing a means which, when rivets are fed to the nose part of the tool by a loading device, counts the number of rivets and compares it with a planned number and gives a warning if they are different. CONSTITUTION: In setting a rivet 11 in the nose part 18 of the tool by a loading device 13, the device 13 moves, the next rivet is arranged in front of the nose part 13, and the rivet is set in the nose part 18. When the rivet is set, a mandrel reaches the collection box 22. Then, a prescribed signal is generated and sent to the tool controller 24. The tool controller 24 counts it, comparing it with a planned number of riveting and, in the case of discrepancy, turning on a warning light 40 as well as disabling the setting operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide easy fixing for an automotive hanger by forming a hook on one end and a quarter turn fastener on the other end so as to form a hanger, and inserting a latch member of the fastener into a hole in a wall so that a key may come into action. CONSTITUTION: A loading nethook 10 is constituted of a hook 12 having a pair of hook 13, a central post 14, a disc 16, and a second post 18 as a quarter turn fastener 20. The quarter turn fastener 20 includes a rectangular latch 22. By making one quarter turn after inserting it into a hole 24 in the wall 26 of a vehicle, the loading nethook 10 is fixed on the wall 26. A positioning plate 30 is formed separately by a hub with a height H, and when the latch 22 turns by 90 degrees, a key 32 is fitted into the hole 24 for positioning.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To surely prevent a terminal from twisting by configuring a stud to set a cable terminal having a cable holder with an earth stud that can prevent the terminal from twisting. CONSTITUTION: The stud to be used as a welding stud comprises the earth stud 1 that has the cable terminal 8a to be connected to the cable holder 8b. With the external boundary section 4 of a non annular state at the base of the stud 1, the internal boundary section 5 to be matched to this is set. In addition, a recessed part 3 to receive the holder 8b and a plastic section 2 to move together with the base are set on these boundary sections 4 and 5. Namely, with setting the plastic section 2 that has the recessed part 3 on the upper section 2b in the stud 1 and the hexagonal internal boundary section 5 surrounding the external boundary section 4 of the base 1a, an annular inside diameter section 7 corresponding to the outside diameter 6 of the lower section 2a and the upper section 8a is set. Thus, the terminal 8a can be fixed at a predetermined position through the holder 8b that exists in the recessed part 3 of the plastic section 2.

CONSTITUTION: The wire bundle retainer has upper and lower U-shaped parts 10, 12 which are to be fastened to each other at a side part 14, and a triangular hook 16 is freely engaged with a stop formed between the free edge of the lower U-shaped part 12 and a flexible element 20 with a triangular stop 22. Below the flexible element 20 is placed a non-flexible prop 23. The lower U-shaped part 12 has an extension with Christmas tree screw 24 which can be pushed in an appropriate hole in the car body. In use, a bundle of wire 25 is placed between a pair of wing jutting out from the top and bottom walls, and clamped by engaging the hook 16 and stop 22.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fasten even a fastening object part of a soft or fragile material or even when a rivet itself has a covering of low surface friction. SOLUTION: This blind rivet 2 has a cylindrical shell 4, and a mandrel 6, extended by penetrating through the shell. The shell 4 has an outward extending flange 8 for forming a rivet head part in one end part, and has a first radial directional recess set 12 arranged on the surface outer periphery of the shell 4 at a first distance from the rivet head part, and a second radial directional recess set 14 arranged on the surface outer periphery of the shell 4 at a second distance from the rivet head part. The radial directional recesses 12 and 14 are formed by calking the rivet shell 4, after being arranged around the mandrel 6. A shell end part on the distant side from the rivet head part becomes a blind end part of the shell. The mandrel 6 has a head part 10 abutting against the blind end part of the shell 4 on one end, and a stem extending from the head part. The stem has a fragile point 17 in the middle in the length direction.

The mandrel is provided with a plurality of recessed parts 8 formed adjacently to the mandrel head part 2 and around the shaft part 4 and partially formed in a taper-form state in a direction, in which it parts from the mandrel head part 2, along the shaft part 4. The sectional shape of the shaft part 4 in a spot where the recessed parts are formed is substantially a regular square.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge insertion depth of a work at a light and small device by installing a holding element which holds a tool holder pivotably in a vertical direction in a mount with a rotation jointing part positioned far from a gravity center of the tool holder and balances moment generated due to the distance between the rotation jointing part and the center of gravity. When the tool holder 1 is pivoted in a vertical direction, the first rotation jointing part 5 is separated from the gravity center 7, so that the spring element 8 causes the moment which is approximately equal to the moment generated with a gravity and is opposite in direction around the first rotation jointing part 5.
