Abstract: A cylindrical rod (3) longitudinally movable is arranged centrally in relation to the spray (2) of a powder spraying pistol (1). A conical deflector (5) is mounted on its free end. The lateral surface (9) of the deflector forms a sharpe edge (11) with the conical concave front face (10). In the central exhaust channel (12) of the deflector (5) a rinsing nozzle is arranged provided with an outlet approximatively radial for the rinsing air supplied by a pressurized air source (19). The rinsing tip comprises a head (14) in the form of a mushroom forming a deflecting body disposed adjacent to the exhaust channel end (12). The nozzle may also be made in the form of a rotation nozzle by means of a sharpe annular edge and a whirling chamber or of a helical guiding flange. The rinsing air flows continuously along the front face (10) thus preventing any powder packing at this place. A switch valve (18) controlled by a key (20) can switch automatically the exhaust channel on a source of fire extinguishing gas (21) which blows the gas in the spraying region where there is the greatest danger of inflammation.

Abstract: Der Einsprühöffnung (17) des Beschichtungsraumes (4) einer Pulversprühkabine für Werkstücke (5) gegenüberliegend ist hinter der von einer teildurchlässigen Abschirmung (32) abgeschirmten Absaugöffnung (19) eine Filtertrommel (28) mit einer durch Spannbänder (42) leicht auswechselbaren, in Umfangsrichtung gefalteten Filterhülse (29) auf einem Druckluftrohr (45) drehbar gelagert und durch einen Motor (50) angetrieben. Das Druckluftrohr (45) als Drehachse ist etwa auf die Mitte des Beschichtungsraumes hin gerichtet, so daß sich die Filterhülse (39) frei abziehen und aufschieben läßt. An der unteren Mantellinie der Filterhülse (39) ist ein Düsenrohr (59) mit einer Blasdüse (61) angebracht, die dem vom Sauggebläse (22) erzeugten Innendruck entgegenwirkend radial nach unten bläst und dadurch in allen Filterkerben aufeinanderfolgend Druckschläge erzeugt, die zur Ablösung des Pulvers führen, das unmittelbar nach unten in einen Sammelbehälter (71) fällt und von dort über einen Injektor (75) zur Sprühpistole (18) zurückgefördert wird. Anstelle oder zusätzlich zur Schlitzdüse (61) kann auch eine hin- und hergehend bewegbare Punktdüse und ferner außen eine Abreinigungs-Fegedüse vorgesehen sein.

Abstract: Une unite de recuperation du gaz (1) munie d'un dispositif d'aspiration (41) est fixee par exemple a la partie superieure d'une cabine mobile de poudrage (5) et porte une unite de reception (P) de la poudre, composee d'une unite de filtrage (2) et, fixee a celle-ci, une unite de preparation (3). Entre l'espace de poudrage (28) et l'ensemble des filtres (34) se trouve une grille de protection (36) disposee dans une ouverture (30) de grande surface de la cabine. Lors du poudrage il s'etablit un courant d'air de meme sens dans la direction de poudrage (fleche 53) a travers tout l'espace de poudrage, courant qui n'entraine pas les particules restees attachees a l'outil vers l'ensemble des filtres (34). De celui-ci, de meme que du plan incline (18) la poudre parvient dans un recipient a poudre (58) a travers un tamis (56).
