Accordingly, a micro matrix relay switch that is micro miniature yet has excellent stability and expandability can be constituted.

There are provided a method and an apparatus for generating a multi- viewpoint depth map, and a method for generating a disparity of a multi- viewpoint image. A method for generating a multi-viewpoint depth map according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) acquiring a multi-viewpoint image constituted by a plurality of images by using a plurality of cameras; (b) acquiring an image and depth information by using a depth camera; (c) estimating coordinates of the same point in a space in the plurality of images by using the acquired depth information; (d) determining disparities in the plurality of images with respect to in the same point by searching a predetermined region around the estimated coordinates; and (e) generating a multi-viewpoint depth map by using the determined disparities. According to the above-mentioned present invention, it is possible to generate a multi-viewpoint depth map within a shorter time and generate a multi-viewpoint depth map having higher quality than a multi-viewpoint depth map generated by using known stereo matching.
Abstract:
A crosslinked sulfonated polyCarylene ether) copolymer, a method of preparing the same and a polymer electrolyte membrane using the same are provided. The sulfonated polyCarylene ether) copolymer is synthesized by polycondensation of a dihalide monomer and a dihydroxy monomer having a sulfonate group or a dihydroxy monomer and a dihalide monomer having a sulfonate group. In addition, polymers are crosslinked by polycondensation between crossl inkable monohydroxy monomers. Thus, the copolymer and membrane have thermal stability, mechanical stability, chemical stability and film- forming capacity equal to or higher than a conventional sulfonated ρoly(arylene ether) copolymer or a commercially available polymer electrolyte membrane, i.e., a nafion film, and also have further improved proton conductivity and cell performance. Moreover, the polymer electrolyte membrane does not have any change in characteristics even though it is exposed to moisture for a long time.
Abstract:
A method of preparing a wet-processible metal oxide solution and a method of fabricating a film using the same are provided. A metal oxide that has been widely used as a photocatalyst is improved and a metal oxide solution having new functionality is formed. The metal oxide solution is transparent, wet-processible, and facilitates electron transfer. The metal oxide solution can be applied in various ways to an electronic device and is well- suited for application to an electronic device using organic materials. Also, a titanium oxide solution functions to remove and block oxygen and moisture. Thus, when it is applied to an electronic device using organic materials that are vulnerable to oxygen and moisture, the lifetime of the device can be increased.

The present invention relates to a node structure for representing tactile information, and method and system for transmitting tactile information using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a node structure that represents tactile information for driving a tactile diplay device including an array of drivers as a tactile video, and to method and system for transmitting tactile information using the same. The invention provides a node structure for representing information for driving a driver array of a tactile diplay device. The node structure includes: a url field that indicates the position of the tactile video storing information on the driving strength of the driver array as intensity values of pixels! a start time field that indicates the playback start time of the tactile video; and a stop time field that indicates the playback stop time of the tactile video. In addition, the invention provides method and system for transmitting tactile information using the node structure.
Abstract:
The invention provides a method of encoding a multi-view video and an encoder capable of calculating global disparity between pictures at different viewpoints in the multi-view video and forming a hierarchical B picture in both view and time directions on the basis of the calculated global disparity, thereby improving encoding efficiency. According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided an encoder for encoding data for pictures captured at different viewpoints in a multi-view video. When a picture at one of the first and last viewpoints is encoded into an I picture, the encoder encodes a picture that is captured at the other viewpoint but is disposed in the same time direction into an VP picture.

The present invention relates to a high pressure hydrogen annealing method for MOSFET semiconductor device, and more particularly, to effectively remove a supersaturated hydrogen on a high-k insulating layer treated by a high pressure hydrogen annealing so that the reliability of a device is improved. In other words, in order to decrease an interfacial charge, it is required to perform a high density and a high pressure hydrogen annealing. In this case, a hydrogen is included at an interface and a bulk of a high-k insulating layer, resulting in improving the initial operational characteristics of a device by passivating interfacial charge existing at an interface, but deteriorating the reliability of a device due to the hydrogen remaining in the insulating bulk. Therefore, in the present invention, a high pressure hydrogen annealing is performed and the subsequent annealing is performed under an inert gas atmosphere for a long time to effectively remove hydrogen molecules remaining at the bulk.
