The present invention relates to a color photographic processing method, and a product for color photography comprising, in addition to the conventional layers of light-sensitive silver halides, a non light-sensitive top layer. The method and photographic product enable sensitivity to be controlled during photographic processing. The invention also makes it possible to prevent deterioration of the processing baths.

The present invention relates to tin oxide based fibres having a diameter of between 5 and 100 micrometres, and a method of preparing such fibres. These tin oxide fibres have interesting conductive properties. The fibres of the invention can consist solely of tin (IV) oxide or, in addition to this oxide, comprise one or more constituents. These fibres are in addition obtained by means of a specific method which makes it possible to obtain fibres of a predetermined diameter and conductivity.

The invention relates to a device for coating a moving support by means of a curtain. According to the present invention, the lip of the coating device has a front surface (10) which is substantially vertical or positive, a positive rear surface (11) defining, with respect to the front surface (10), an angle of less than 90° and a chamfer (12) between the lower ends of the said front and rear surfaces, the said device being characterised in that the ratio between the thickness of the coating composition at the level of the front surface (10) of the lip and the width of the chamfer (12) is at least one. The invention relates to a reversal color photographic print material. Said reversal material comprises a support with, in order, a substantially light-insensitive fine grain emulsion layer which does not take part in the image formation, a red-sensitive emulsion layer having associated therewith a cyan-forming coupler, a green-sensitive emulsion having associated therewith a magenta-forming coupler, a blue-sensitive emulsion having associated therewith a yellow-forming coupler. This arrangement allows to adjust the shape of the characteristic curve of red, green, blue-sensitive emulsion layers.

The invention relates to a punch-holder block for a perforating device and to a process for mounting punches (1) on said block. According to the invention, the block has a narrow groove (12) passing through the thickness of the block and extending along the entire length of the row of punches (1). The groove (12) is prolonged, at each end, perpendicular to the axis of alignment of the punches (1) so as to define a longitudinal beam (14) and two portions of transverse beams (15, 16). The groove (12) is arranged so that a deformation of the longitudinal beam (14) causes the two portions of transverse beams (15, 16) to move toward each other, thus blocking the punches (1). Application to the perforation of products in strip form.

The invention concerns a device and process to causing a movable surface to reciprocate with an amplitude A2 in a plane. According to the present invention, two deformable parallelograms are arranged in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the movement to be produced. Each parallelogram has two sides parallel to the plane of the movement. One of these parallel sides is shared by both parallelograms and caused to reciprocate with an amplitude A1 = A2/2. The other parallel side of the first parallelogram is fixed while that of the second is caused to reciprocate with an amplitude A2. Application to strip perforation devices.

The invention relates to a high density high energy magnetic memory card. The card is provided throughout or part of at least one of its surfaces with a recording medium which contains magnetic particles having a coercitive field higher than 4000 Oe (320 kA/m), which has no overlying layer and which has a density of information higher than 5 kbits/cm , an electric wear corresponding to an electric signal loss equal to or lower than 5 % for 2000 passages, a mean arithmetic rugosity lower than 10 nm, an abrasivity lower than 600 mu m, and a streak resistance lower than 1.5 mu m. Application to portable files and access controls.

The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of magnetic particles of hexaferrites of baryum or strontium. The method consists in coprecipitating iron salt or baryum or strontium salt, in filtering and neutralizing such coprecipitate, and in washing with a solution of baryum salt or strontium salt having a concentration comprised between 2 x 10-3 and 0.2 M. Application for producing magnetic particles of hexaferrites of baryum or strontium having a good dispersability and improved magnetic properties.

The invention relates to a method for welding thermoweldable sheets of which at least one is made of polycarbonate. The method is characterized in that the sheets to be welded are separated from the metal electrodes (4, 5) of the high frequency press by means of a glass plate (2, 3).
