Abstract: A lamp comprises a base body ( 1 ), an annular support element ( 10 ) and an inner and outer drum optical system ( 16, 2 ). Lighting means ( 15 ) are arranged on the support element ( 10 ) in annular distribution. It comprises a drum reflector ( 17, 18 ). Each lighting means ( 15 ) radiates light radially outwardly with respect to the lamp axis ( 14 ) in a three-dimensional angular range which relative to the lamp axis ( 14 ) covers a polar angle (delta) substantially greater than a desired polar angular range (beta) in which the warning signal is to be rotated about a mean polar direction (alpha). The light radiated by the lighting means ( 15 ) either passes through the drum optical systems ( 16, 2 ) without prior incidence on the drum reflector ( 17, 18 ) or is reflected radially outwardly beforehand by the drum reflector ( 17, 18 ). Lighting means ( 15 ), drum reflector ( 17, 18 ) and drum optical systems ( 2, 16 ) are adapted to one another in such a manner that the entire light after issue from the outer drum optical system ( 2 ) is radiated within the desired polar angular range (beta) in polar direction about the mean polar direction (alpha)

Abstract: The invention relates to a lantern comprising a base body (1), an annular shaped support element (10) and an internal and external belt optical system (16, 2). Illuminating means are arranged in an annular manner on the support element (10) which comprises a belt reflector (17, 18). Each illuminating means (15) emits light in relation to the axis of the lantern (14) in a radi al manner towards the outside in an solid angle area, which covers a polar angl e (.delta.), in relation to the lantern axis (14), which is considerably great er than a desired polar angle area (.szlig.), wherein the warning signal is emitted about an average polar direction (.alpha.). The light emitted by the illuminating means (15) transverses the belt optical system (16, 2) either without hitting the belt reflector (17, 18), or after being reflected by the belt reactor (17, 18) in a radial manner towards the outside. Illuminating means (15), the belt reactor (17, 18) and a belt optical system (2, 16) are adapted in relation to each other such that the total light, exiting from th e external belt optical system (2) within the desired polar angle area (.beta. ), is emitted in a polar direction about the average polar direction (.alpha.).

Abstract: Faro para la emisión giratoria de una señal de aviso alrededor de un eje (14) de faro, con un cuerpo base (1), que se puede fijar en un lugar de montaje, y al menos una disposición óptica básica que presenta un elemento anular (10) de soporte, así como un sistema óptico interno y externo (16, 2) de cinturón, - estando dispuesta una cantidad de elementos luminosos (15) distribuidos anularmente en el elemento (10) de soporte y presentando el elemento (10) de soporte un reflector (17, 18) de cinturón, - emitiendo luz cada uno de los elementos luminosos (15) radialmente hacia fuera, respecto al eje (14) del faro, en una zona de ángulo sólido que se superpone alrededor del eje (14) del faro a un ángulo acimutal (gamma), considerablemente menor de 360º, y que se superpone relativamente, respecto al eje (14) del faro, a un ángulo polar (delta) que es considerablemente mayor que una zona (beta) de ángulo polar nominal, en la que se debe emitir la señal de aviso alrededor de una dirección polar central (alfa), - pasando luz, emitida por los elementos luminosos (15) relativamente respecto al eje (14) del faro en una zona central de ángulo polar que contiene la dirección polar central (alfa) (luz central), a través del sistema óptico interno y externo (16, 2) de cinturón, sin incidir antes en el reflector (17, 18) de cinturón, - conteniendo la luz central luz emitida en una zona central polar que contiene la dirección polar central (alfa) (luz central interna) y conteniendo luz emitida en dos zonas externas polares que limitan en dirección polar por cada lado con la zona central polar (luz central externa), - reflejando primero el reflector (17, 18) de cinturón radialmente hacia fuera luz emitida por los elementos luminosos (15) fuera de la zona central de ángulo polar (luz externa) y pasando ésta sólo después a través del sistema óptico interno y externo (16, 2) de cinturón, - cruzándose la luz central interna con la luz externa al menos hasta entrar en el sistema óptico interno (16) de cinturón y cruzándose la luz central externa con la luz externa como muy tarde al salir del sistema óptico interno (16) de cinturón, - penetrando la luz central externa, siempre que ésta haya penetrado en el sistema óptico interno (16) de cinturón en una zona (31), por la que también ha penetrado la luz externa, en el sistema óptico externo (2) de cinturón por una primera zona externa (36) del exterior, en la que sólo penetra esta parte de la luz central externa, pero no la luz central interna o la luz externa, - estando coordinadas entre sí la disposición de los elementos luminosos (15) y del reflector (17, 18) de cinturón en el elemento (10) de soporte, la disposición del elemento (10) de soporte y de los sistemas ópticos (2, 16) de cinturón, así como la configuración del reflector (17, 18) de cinturón y de los sistemas ópticos (2, 16) de cinturón de modo que tanto la luz central como la luz externa se irradian después de la salida del sistema óptico externo (2) de cinturón en dirección polar, dentro de la zona (beta) de ángulo polar nominal alrededor de la dirección polar central (alfa).
